I went to have an ultrasound of trimix involved. I developed priapism, anyway the doctor shot 8 injections of sudafed to bring it down. During one of the injections the doctor told me to press the area after injection. Apparently i did not press ahard enough because i developed a hematoma immediately. 8 weeks later i have an indent on left mid shaft more visible when flaccid, skin is much drker there as well. Taking pentox and cialis daily. No curve or pain on erection at the moment. Pain when flaccid sometimes. What should I do to prevent the indent from getting worse?

Hey and welcome!

How long did the erection last? Did you get the priapism managed in the doctors office? Was there any change to your erectile function? Did you speak to your doctor about it? There are key details missing in your post.

Please explain better your current erectile situation.

Yes I had priapism for 4 hours, got 8 shots of sudafed and didnt work. So had to drain blood out sides of penis. However, there was a hematoma from one of the injections. Erectile function is perfectlyy fine. Minor pain off and on for like 6 weeks. Now at week 8 there is an indent with darker skin where the hematoma was. No visible bend and never had pain on erection. Just some pain when flaccid in different spots. Really just concerned about a curve developing from the indent. 8 weeks in and have ejaculated a few times due to raging erections daily. Never have masturbated tho, just slightly rubbed the penis. Should I be worried, you think about peyronies?

What was the primary reaaon for the ultrasound? I think you shouldn't worry too much, it may heal on its own if it's not peyronies.
Trauma 2022 August, first deformation seen 2022 November. Very mild curve to the right. Indentation on the right side below the glans. Now hourglass just below the glans. Looking for treatment options.

I developed an indent with a Trimix injection also, in my case I got worse because I got an injection of PRP combined with O Zone therapy that caused damage to the very bottom of my shaft causing unstable erections. Then I did Shocked Waves and got worse again, the point is don't do anything
My first symptoms started early in 2019
I tried Traction device, Pentofixiline, Q10, TRT, L-Argenine, cialis
I have narrowing/dent/hinge on the left side of my shaft
My ED is getting worse
Had a PRP shot Aug 2021
I have a girlfriend

That's good to hear, hopefully it does heal on its own. The skin is like dead in that area too so it's dark because the Sudafed shot leaked into the skin. So it's real dark for two months now. Tight skin might be contributing to the indent because it looks more prominent when flaccid. Mild pain for about 5 minutes a day,  but improving daily. Maybe like a 5 degree curve if that really I cant really tell, the curve might have been that way before. My question is it possible to have scar tissue with minor indent with no curve? I notice no length loss at all, maybe minor girth loss obviously at indent. Is this case a possibility to heal on its own? Also, is having an indent during flaccid always mean it's peyronies, cuz I did have hourglassing when semi erect prior that is related to hard flaccid and pelvic floor?

Dr. EID advised me to wait 3-6 months for healing of injury. Sounds like you are doing the right things with pentox and tadalafil. You could add some antioxidants, healthy diet and exercise into the mix. The healthier you are the better your wound healing response typically will be.

Trimix worked well but caused more scarring.
