It does not at all. As for priapism, get a box of ''sudafed'' at the pharmacy just in case and take, it with you. Also, ask The doctor about it and if they can bring the erection down.

You can also stick around the hospital for some time just in case, till your erection goes down.

So I had the ultrasound the trimix shot didn't hurt .. but the shot to bring the erection down did hurt.

So first the doctor did a flaccid ultrasound then the erect ultrasound.

He's view was it's mild Peyronies. I had thought my curve was 5 degrees but he measured 10 degrees and said there is a plaque.

He said just take the Cialis and wait and see.

It didn't go down on it's own? I thought they sometimes do.  What kind of pain do you have flaccid.  I don't have any flaccid pain thankfully

It didn't go down on its own.

I do have a question when you say 10 degrees is slight .. how much worse does it generally get ?

No way to answer, everyone is different.

What I would call "textbook Peyronies" generally comes on quick, and then you are in what is in the active stage for 3-6 months. I went from no curve to about 35 degrees literally within a few days. And then over the next 2 months it progressed to 70 degrees. At that point it stabilized.

If you are at 10 degrees and not progressing any further, then you might not ever exceed 10 degrees. Which means you end up with a very slight curve and likely don't need any treatment at all. I always recommend that guys track their progression. There are instructions in the resource area on how to do this.

PM me if you have questions.

i dont understand why people do not realize that there is more to it than just a curve. I barely have one but indentations and shortening are just as if not more limiting to your sexual function than a curve which in some cases might not be an issue at all. rarely have I heard that hour glassing is not an issue. also it very much depends on the curve too, some are more natural and with more of a banana like shape, some are very abrupt and unnatural and can make anything unstable when you have buckling for example which can happen with minor curves too. so its honestly impossible to suggest someone does not require treatment just purely based off a number

Thanks for mentioning that I'm new to this and didn't think of those things either.
