Penuma for length girth gain with IPP?

Hey Guys,

I'm just curious if anyone has heard about this Penuma as a way to restore length and girth lost during IPP surgery? Is it legit? Looks like Levine is offering these and they are FDA approved.

Not something I am looking at currently but would be a good option if I lose length/girth.

Hey Trapper. The ipp's primary goal is to restore erectile function. Many members say they are able to regain their original size back, but gains past that i haven't heard of many cases and even those are not backed up by pictures for proof.

The penuma implant is for girth only. I read recently about it being used a bit more but not sure on the Dr's implanting it on their practice. If Dr. Levine is using it, might be a good thing. Before, the Dr. that was behind it had a pretty bad rep if you googled his named online. Lot's of botched procedures, poor bedside manner and dubious results.

Thanks for the background pfract. So I wonder if it's snake oil or legitimate? because I know Levine is a top guy and he's definitely offering it. The smallest size adds like a crazy amount of girth I think  I don't think I've lost girth yet (I hope). Just curious if any members had this done.

Is he (or anyone) offering with an implant?  Lots of surgeons do both, but I have not heard of doing them together.  If you read pneuma blogs, you get the look of length gain due to weight, hanging differently

Definitely something not to be taken lightly. And i am yet to see pictures of before and after and accounts from patients who had it, here on the board or online in other forums. They are nowhere to be seen.

Penuma does nothing for length. It also looks horrible and can actually cause Peyronie's due to scarring. Are you really getting a penile implant for ED? If so, you're much better off getting filler injections after you get the implant. For length, you're much better off just doing a lot of traction.

I don't know if I will get an Impant of not. My Peyronies Disease has only recently worsened and I am scared of losing size from that (current 6.5-7 inches depending on how i measure 5.5-6in girth depending on how hard I am). I've got a doppler today to get a better idea of whats happening.

Then you should be doing a ton of traction and ending it off with using a VED. How many hours of traction are you currently doing?

Well I was doing 30 minutes a day in straight position with Restorex. However, i've been taking cialis and pentox and today my erections have returned and I am seeing the HG deformity less at the moment so I'm not sure if I should continue traction right now since everything seems to be going back to normal?

30 minutes a day of RestoreX is nothing. You should be doing AT LEAST 60 minutes a day. I recommend a vacuum cup device and use it for 6-8hrs a day. According to studies that yields the best results. You can do traction until you're satisfied with your length. At most you can gain 2 inches in about a year. with 6-8 hrs a day.
