Open Ended Sleeves

My issue is an hourglass shape at the base of my penis and therefore it is difficult to thrust and a general loss of support. I'm considering an Open Ended Sleeve for support.
I'm wondering if anyone has had any luck with an open ended sleeve or if there might be a similar product to consider.
Age 64
Dealing with this issue for 15 months.
