Hard flaccid or corporal fibrosis?

So I've been researching corporal fibrosis and I read that many with it have a "hard flaccid". I'm terrified that I have it since I have hard flaccid. I was wondering if anyone diagnosed with corporal fibrosis could give input. I read that it comes from things like priapism or trauma. I can't recall either but I had terrible masturbation habits over the years such as masturbating without lube and death grip. I began having erectile dysfunction about a year ago where before hand any erectile dysfunction I had was purely psychological since I'd get spontaneous erections and have no trouble on my own. I suspect that my hard flaccid began around this time as well. My only hope that it isn't fibrosis and is caused by pelvic floor tension is that: it goes away when sitting or laying down, it goes away after urination, and it gets better after abstaining for a few days. Also I don't have any deformities while erect or semi. A lot with corporal fibrosis have narrowing or hourglass. I don't have any my erextions look the same as they always did just the annoying hard flaccid when flaccid. Also no pain ever with erections or flaccid. Any input welcome

Also I'd like to add that my erectile dynsfucntion has dramatically gotten better following abstinence along with using cialis from time to time. I started getting spontaneous erections again. Strong morning wood. And have been able to have successful intercourse without the issue of maintaining erections while standing or switching positions like I had beforehand. Even without cialis I've been getting strong morning wood and spontaneous erections which points that much of my erectile dysfunction is psychological and the cialis gave me a confidence boost. Does this mean it's likely not corporal fibrosis and just hard flaccid from pelvic floor tension + anxiety?

Hi there, I'm not a doctor, but in truth doctors don't seem to know anything about hard flaccid anyway.

Everything you've described sounds like textbook hard flaccid related to your pelvic floor which is significantly increased by... Wait for it... Yep, you guessed it, stress and anxiety.

Based solely on what you've said, my opinion would be to get off the internet, stop freaking yourself out, and accept that you're one of the lucky ones.

Possible hard flaccid, possible Peyronie's, possible nerve damage

@Indenialguy is completely right when it comes to Hard Flaccid and stress/anxiety. But to get a true answer about your personal status you would need to do an erect ultrasound. Corporal fibrosis doesn't mean the entire corporal structure has to be affected, it can in many cases be diffuse fibrosis spread out on various different parts of the corporal bodies. Even just a little fibrosis in the corporal bodies will afffect erectile quality.

Try find a doc who is willing to do an erected US if you want to be 100% sure. Thing is when you keep guessing could it be this or that then your mind will never be in peace because it will constantly keep wondering what is wrong. By getting a proper exam done you can then cast all those thoughts away when you finally have a diagnose and know for a fact what is wrong.

Narrowing on right side and about a 20° curve to the right.
ED + instability due to narrowing.

No deformity or ED. Discomfort (which is improving gradually). Months of stress preceded symptoms. Discomfort can be palpated on practically the whole penis but it comes and goes. I can't find plaque. Latest urologist doubts that it is Peyronies Disease.
