My positive experience with careful hanging

Recently iv had positive results from hanging. From 30 degree bend to 24 degree bend (on penis). In just 9 days! Am not sure if this a permanent result but i like my penis more now. Morrning erections are awesome. Am definitely feeling a longer fuller penis in the morning.

I started hanging a 500g weight. I had been regularly wearing a traction device for years at 600g tension. So 500g appeared completely safe. I wore it for around 1 hour a day. Working up to 3 hours. In the house and at work. Where occasionally colleagues would glance the swing in my crotch. Embarrassing but that's another story.

After a few weeks. At home I experimented with increasing the weight gradually. Eventually I could tolerate 1kg very comfortably. I could go higher but 1kg felt comfortable and i was able to make breakfast and clean up. As long as a moved slowly around the house. The max I could wear 1 kg is 1 hour a day. That's it. I was hanging from a suction cup. Attached to the glans. Not a noose fitting which I don't recommend because it restricts blood flow and in my view. Is definitively and categorically a negative. It's like taking 3 steps forward and 5 steps back. I happen to be using the totalman cup because it's what I happen to have in the house. I can vouch for it effectiveness and quality. Although there are plenty of other glans suction cups on the market.

To keep within a safe time I restricted to hanging 45 mins. In the morning. After breakfast. After that I immediately attached a traction device. To keep the penis in its new elongated state. I kept the traction device on for 4-6 hours in total a day. Then a good night sleep is in order. I carried the routine for 3 days. Then on day 4 I rested penis. On day 5 the whole routine was repeated. 3 days traction and 1 day rest.

Overall the results have been astonishing. Have lived with disease forn 3 years and no one treatment has garnished such excellent results in such a short period of time. Am on day 8. Penis is aching and in slight pain to the scar tissue but overall am extremely happy with the outcome.

The first positive experience I had with hanging was about 7 weeks ago. When I had sex. Penis/scar was left in incredible pain. I hung 500g for about an hour. It was instant relief. That's what got me interested in hanging.

Again I cannot emphasize enough.
1 Use a suction cup not clamp or noose type equipment. Or penis will shrivel up. (In my experience).
2 Stick to safe weights. I could already tolerate 600g on traction. So started with 500g. Then worked up progressively to 1kg. I read an excellent article stating penis can tolorate 4000g. That's fine if you want a big penis but dangerous to damaged penises like ours. Keep the weights and time ultra conservative and ultra time limited.
3. Listen to you penis. Any pain. You've reached your limit. Stop immediately. Adjust accordingly. Be ultra conservative in time for hanging and weights used. Remember, I'm using 4 times less the the recommended weight amount

Mr. Man.... Word of advice: hanging weights on your penis is very dangerous. I wouldn't recommended it at all. I know that there's guys that do it and talk about it (not so much here on the board) but i remember reading a horror story about it. The guy had plaque on his penis that ended tearing apart and causing massive internal damage. He had blood shooting out of his urethra and excrutiating pain, ending up in the ER where the doctor didn't give him good news when it came to recovering erectile function.

Sounds hurrendous but am very careful and as we speak. All the pain has gone. Am not planning on increasing the weight or time. Warning heard. Will move on with caution.

Follow up.

So am on day  15. It's rest day. This morning I felt erect penis and it was bent to only about 5 degrees! Am completely surprised and delighted.  Especially considering on day 1 penis was 24 degrees. If this stays . Then I consider myself cured.

There is a little pain on the scar tissue. I might try 1 more cycle. That's 3 days traction. Then 1 day rest. That's if some curvature returns. But am hopeful to believe it might be best to quit while am ahead. Adhering to warnings from pfract about the dangers of hanging.

For the first time in years. Am relaxing at home. Not thinking about having to wear a traction device tomorrow or research. It's liberating.

If anything interesting happens over the next few days. Will post.

That's awesome, I def think it's a good idea as long as you don't go too crazy and def would not recommend a clamping device.
My go to device are the totalman vacuum hanging or even the LG hanger. I also did some fulcrum hangs that helped a bit. But these days i mostly prefer just straight out traction with the totalman rods which can provide quite a bit of traction tension.

I think the pain in the scar tissue is because you're breaking it up which is a good thing. Keep at it and try to couple it with an ADS. and perhaps end your sessions at night with VED. Just don't want to heal in a contracted state.

Day 21. Curvature had returned to about 15 degrees. So am continuing careful hanging. In conjunction with bromelain injections. WARNING: unless you have had training to inject into the penis. By  qualified doctors. As i have. Please don't do this. It's incredibly dangerous and can be life threatening. I underestimated the months of training and experience i'v accumulated. It's about 20 months.

The bromelain seems to have sofened the plaque. Continued hanging and traction for 3 days. Curvature has reduced to 3 degrees. Yet to see if this reduction is permanent.

There are now 3 additional lumps and some smaller lumps running along the length of the scar tissue. Running virtually the entire length of penis. Its disconcerting but has not increased curvature or reduced erection quality. Am hopeful this is residual bruising that will subside.

Could be or could be am damaging healthy tissue between scar tissue. Am periodically feeling the scar. It does seem to have reduced. You might be right.

Day 27. On day 23 I noticed scar pain reducing as I hung. So I kept hanging. After about 2 hours. Scar pain had completely gone. It's not returned. Have not increased weight from 1kg/2.2ib's.  Morning erection were weaker. Rested penis for 2 days. Good erection have returned. Penis is larger and much more supple and feeling spongy. Like it use to before Peyronie's.

Interestingly scar tissue is still present. Its just it's not infringing on penile curvature as much. I think it may have broken away from healthy tissue?

Day 30. Taking a break from hanging today. Measured curvature. Is 16 degrees! Best ever permanent results. Am absolutely stoked!

Long term results. I stopped hanging altogether. Penis has gone back to 30 degrees. Not sure what happened. There was no pain.

Although penis is a lot more supple and if I do traction. Penis will stay streight for about 24 hours. After the device is removed.

My preference is long slow traction.

Am moving onto more invasive treatment now. Having vapirimal injections. As this is all that is available in the NHS.

This has been my experience with any noticeable improvement that is long lasting. Remember that this is a marathon and not a sprint.
