Hi everyone,

I forgot if I here, so here we go.

45yo m that started with mild ED (in my mid 30's) and progressed into Peyronies Disease with some bad hourglassing at the base of my penis.

The ED was dealt with using oral meds starting with staxyn (can't stand that stuff) then moving on to 5mg daily tadalafil, L Arginine and a 20mg sildenafil as needed. Staxyn worked for about a year, but then produced weak results after some time. Found a new uro and he started me up on the other meds.

He is thinking I am a good candidate for an implant (which I am mentally prepared for) but wants to wait till May to see if any traction therapy or VED may be helpful. I guess, if it doesn't then I have preserved some length.
Started with mild ED in my 30's and progressed from there.
diagnosed with ED in 2012 and diagnosed with Peyronies Disease (hourglassing) in 2018
Tried staxyn first (awful) moved to 5mg Cialis, Pentox 3x daily,  L-Arginine  1000mg. Seriously considering IPP
