I've had ED since getting Peyronies, great. I don't believe it's mental either as I've come to terms with Peyronies Disease and it isnt that bad for me, my plaque is just below glans so the glans bends to the right but I could still have sex.

My issue is I have ED now, first time ever in my life, I always would get boners all the time and be hard af.

Now it's just non existent unless I stimulate it first or taking cialis, I'm wondering at any point will this get better? How can I make it better? To have natural boners all the time.. I'm late twentties.

Everyone is different. We are the same age, I also have scarring under the glans which makes the glans point perhaps 10-15° to the right. I also have Erectile Dysfunction. I got the disease in June 2020 and the Erectile Dysfunction has only gotten worse with time for me. Although some days my erections feel very good, albeit never comparable to the past they some days still feel very hard and I've noticed it's all about how horny I am on that particular day.

Problem is my libido has taken a big hit so those days are not many. I've gone nearly 3 years without trying any therapies besides meds. Perhaps that is a reason why I am in the state I am, on the other hand I've always had a fear of making matters worse by pumping or traction. Thing is if I get worse off than this then literally my only option would be an implant. I don't want that but on the other hand I am interested in trying either a SOMA pump or PMP.

That is my case, yours may be very different. All you can do for now is keep taking the Cialis and use the Soma pump and see what happens with time, at least a year. Perhaps you will remain the same, maybe you will get big improvements or maybe you will become worse. Time is the only one who can answer your question.

Just one last piece of advice for me. When you are using your pump keep teaching your brain to tell you that you are indeed heading towards improvement. That switch in mindset can really be a powerful tool to change things for the better.

Narrowing on right side and about a 20° curve to the right.
ED + instability due to narrowing.

Also, if you are not doing this already, take an erect pic at the final day of each month. This way you can visually track your progress and see if things are indeed improving or worsening in terms of deformity.

Implants are the last resort, although  most people who have them done would tell you its the best thing they've ever done, which is helpful for an optimistic outlook.
