New member- scared of the future with Peyronies

I had always been one to get 100 sporadic erections a day, masturbate 3 times a day, have a libido where I wanted to have sex all the time that all my partners would be annoyed until March 2022.. one day I woke up and didn't wake up with an erection (first time in my life) and my libido had gone.  At first I thought it was stress of work, but after a month I'm like something is wrong. Went to the urologist they took a testosterone test (all good), PSA (all good), circulation test of my penis (all good) so he told me it was just anxiety and stress.. nothing changed so in July went back and same thing but added that maybe it was age since I'm 44.. depressed and looking for an answer I found another urologist that said it's Peyronies.. this as my erections are less, my libido is done and now my penis is curving to the left .. now I'm scared and worried about the future.. is my sex like over forever now?

Do not panic and do not try AlternativeTherapies like P-shot and Shockwaves because they potentially would make your condition worse!!!!. Just try daily Cialis and L-Argenine, but do not try anything that is not FDA approved

I agree with Bud Luck. Firstly, all your tests came back normal so that's a positive. Secondly, by circulation test of Penis do you mean an erect ultrasound? If that also showed normal there is no need to stress and panic over it. Your sex life is definitely not over.

If you are having erectile issues ask a doctor for a prescription of daily 5mg Tadalafil. It will help promote firm erections, aid with nocturnal and spontaneous erections and also be of great aid when your erectile issues are due to stress/anxiety.

It was just a circulation test. But they did identify scar tissue on the base on the left. My erections have changed and my concern is .. as I get further along with this disease it gets grim.. I'm 44, I'm not really worried about length or girth changed .. I've had a lot of sex in my life .. my concern for true next 20 years I would like to be able to masturbate daily and at least have sex 2 a month.. but this disease concerns me

I understand, but in my opinion the ONLY thing that is not invasive is Cialis and L-Argenine, everything else carries risks, I did try everything and made it worse every time: Excessive traction, P-Shot, Shockwave... I took risks and it went bad, be very careful trying to fix it be cause it can make it worse

Did this doctor examine you at all?!?!?  Poor erections/libido DOES NOT indicate Peyronies. I cannot believe you got this diagnosis. It sounds like he was giving you an answer because he couldn't come up with anything else.

First, thank you all so much for replying it's very helpful and comforting to have support.

So i'll give you a rundown of my medical visits

March 2022 started noticing less firm erections
April 2022 went to PCP. The primary care doctor said it was stress. Which could have been true, I had a lot going on in my life at the time. Moreover, I wasn't having ED. I was still able to get rock hard for sex and masturbating once a day so I thought that could be true.
June 2022- still a problem and now was getting less erections in the morning, as such I went to the urologist, who drew blood, did a Testosterone test, examined my penis by touching it and said all was good.
Sept 2022- still feeling not right, so went to PCP again, who again told me it was stress
Oct 2022- went to urologist 1 again and ran a PSA test, said it was all good
Nov 2022 went to urologist 2 - urologist 2 did a physical examination and said the left side of the base of the shaft is harder than the right. I believe that to be peyronies, but lets take testosterone test again and take cialis 2.5mg
Nov 2022 went back to urologist 1 who ran the circulation test and said blood flow as normal that all was good. I pointed out to him what is this hard thing on the left base. He touched it and said it's a mild case don't worry just take vitamin E. I asked should i take cialis, he said no.
Dec 2022 - scheduled a follow up for urologist 2

As you can see the problem is i've been to 3 doctors and heard 3 different things. But I'm less optimistic now, I am having more poor erections, now i am having a lot more stress.

My biggest concern is what happens now- if it is Peyrone's is sex life gone. I have read so many negative things.. It says 75% of guys with this condition are depressed. I'm prone to depression so that would not be the ideal situation.

I would go to a Dr. that specializes in Peyronies.  If you are in NY like me, I can give you one on Long Island.  Also update your signature with how many degrees you believe your curve is.  Mine curves to the left about 25 degrees around mid shaft.  I take 2.5 mg of cialis and my sex life is fine.  I'm still nervous though about the future.  I till have sex with no problem with my wife.

Yes it would be great if you could send me the doctors name as I am in New York.  My curve is about 5 degrees to the left
