VED the same as a natural erection?

Is using a VED two times a day for 10 min each time the same as achieving a natural erection for the same length of time? Just curious how they differ since both involve blood going to the penis and creating a stretch.

The only difference I can think of is that you would potentially get a better erection from the VED, but based on the protocol I read you don't even pump to full erection anyway.

Also, I will say when using the VED, afterwards I'm straight as an arrow. I've always had a slight curve to the left, and even that is completely gone after VED use. I was only using the 2 inch cyclinder for a while but just ordered a 1.75 as well.

In my head, it would make sense that to get a "controlled erection" where your penis is quite literally modeled by the cylinder while becoming erect, it would naturally train your penis to adopt that form (straight form of the cylinder)

That being said, I get my erections twice a day from the VED. One time a day I do more of a very gentle stretch versus traction. Since I don't have a huge curve and it's mostly indentation/hinge from plaque, I'm not trying to bend anything. More so I'm trying to massage the area below the plaque and move my way up to the gland gently pulling out. Figured if anything this would create a light stretch but also massage the plaque and create more blood flow.

I can't help but feel like the actual manual traction I was doing before wasn't helping, and if anything possibly hurting progress. I was following neos advice. I know it worked for him but I definitely don't think it works for everyone-and I believe he would advise the same.

What are your thoughts on VED use versus natural erecting via masturbation? Do you think what I mentioned above is accurate?

This is my thought too.

When I use the A Cylinder, I completely fill it, glans and all, APART FROM my problem area. Once I've completely filled it, each subsequent round of pumps feels like it's super targeted on this area, so it's what's doing the work.

I'm not sure if I'm even doing the protocol right, but I pretty much get a full erecting, but a very small amount of pressure because I don't want to risky injury.

From there, I will hit the quick release valve, wait 15 seconds, pump a few times and hold about 15 seconds, hit the release valve, so on and so forth maybe 10 times. Even with the 2 inch cylinder it's small enough that it's actually impossible to get a curved erection in there, so I don't even know how guys with significant curves even manage? But like I said when I am done I'm straight as an arrow. I did the 1.75 inch one just to make the fit even tighter to make keep the erection even more confined. I'm not sure what the thoguht process was that old man had when he developed the protocol and why you're supposed to switch between cylinders. I can only imagine maybe if you ONLY used a super tight fitting cylinder that maybe your penis would become reliant on the tube for support during erections? And maybe using a larger cylinder on occasion will make your penis stay straight while becoming erect on its own?

Not to get too deep on this post but, you know the body is capable of healing and does amazing things. I would think if you continue to get straight, and full, erections over and over via the VED...that overtime you penis would start to mold into that shape. Again over a long period of time and use. Same with the scar tissue. If you're constantly stretching the penis to full and straight erection, you would think the penis would adapt and the scar tissue would stretch, soften, dissolve, etc.

I think the idea of the 3 cylinder protocol is to spend a couple of weeks straightening and really targetting the length part of the stretch. Then with B and C it's to help with the girth part of the stretch.

I believe doing Neo's manual traction did me more harm than good. Since I stopped I swear it's gotten slightly better. Going to keep doing VED.

went from a slight 30dg bend at glans to whole thing being deformed/loss of length over a year.

trying to find a way out of this all

Yeah same. I can't say for sure but I just had this gut feeling you know? If you think about it. It's not exactly the most natural stretch to be pulling your penis behind your body lol.

I have been using a pump for a couple of months. My penis is bent downward beginning at the base. When erect, the non-Peyronies Disease side is 5" and the Peyronies Disease side is 4", so there is a 1 inch difference which causes the bend. But when I pump, the cylinder forces the penis to be straight and only gets up to the 4 inch side. That makes me think if I ever get plication surgery, I would go from 5" to 4". My wife said a straight shorter penis is better than a longer bent one--lol.
