Hi.  I was recently diagnosed but can trace the problem back to the beginning of June of this year. So far I am using the restoreX device twice a day And I'm also taking vitamin E three times a day. I've been doing that for 2 months. I saw a urologist who instructed me to do both and to follow up with him again in March of next year. So far I've seen little improvement.  Is there anything else I should be doing?  Thanks!

Well you have a Restorex available so that's a positive I guess + an upwards curve which means you need to do counterbending downwards right?

I do not own a restorex but I assume a downwards curve would require straight out traction and then counterbending opposite sides of curvature.

If that is what you are doing stick to this protocol and see what happens in the long run. Remember these results will not come overnight hence why so many become unmotivated.

For maintaining erections you should ask your doc to prescribe you 5mg cialis/tadalafil to take daily which helps promote firm erections.

25mg Sildenafil a day is also an option if you get side effects from the Tadalafil. Best of luck!
30 years. Sudden rightwards curve detected in June 2020
Narrowing on right side and about a 20° curve to the right.
ED + instability due to narrowing.

Just one comment on Vitamin E.  Vitamin E has not been proven to help Peyronie's, but in small quantities it is harmless so if there is a chance it can help with inflammation and plaque then it makes sense to take it.  However, there is a lot of research that suggests you should not take large quantities.  What is a large quantity?  Some studies say 400 IU is okay, but some say 400 IU is large.  200 IU seems pretty much universally accepted as safe.  Some studies suggest that as much as 800 IU is ok, but the bottom line is that if Vitamin E helps with Peyronie's, taking a LOT of it won't help more.  I recommend you stick with no more than 400 IU per day.  If you are taking it three times a day, make sure your capsules are 100 IU each or less.
