Hmmm

I had Nesbit procedure 10 days ago. Waking every hour with erection pain. How long can I expect this to last for?

Hello.

From all i read, this is normal. Lasts for a couple of weeks, maybe one or two months while the penis heals from the surgery, but it subsides. As longs as no stitches break, you are good.

I presume you were not prescribed medications to kill your erections temporarily.

Hmmm

Pain has reduced massively. It can still be uncomfortable to have an erection but it's not painful anymore.
