Is Peyronie's disease progressive or not?

Hello. I have had Peyronies Disease for about 5 years now. I stopped doing traction about 2 years ago. Only things I do now is take cialis daily and a few supplements.
It seems medical "facts" and especially advice on this forum vary widely.
If you Google "is peyronie's progressive?" some snippets say "if left untreated, peyronie's does x,y,z." What does untreated even mean? I tried xiaflex. Didn't work. So? I'm not spending my entire life doing things with no results. Why would I do traction for life? It doesn't work.

So my question is: "Is peyronie's progessive"? Will my dick continue to shrink indefinitely over the years? I have not measured it in a long time, so some fault lies with me here. But it does appear smaller lately. If I do and it is, then that is not good.

Also, I have been experiencing a lot of pain during erections. I always have and I understand thay once in chronic phase, most people don't. There is no cause that I am doing, eating, frequency of sex or anything else any differently.

I am not even remotely possibly still in acute phase and I don't want to hear any theories about that. That's just garbage. I also don't want any advice about supplements or anything.

I just want to know, will all men's dicks on this forum including mine continue to shrink and bend without stopping forever? Because if so it would make sense to just get an implant no matter whether you have erectile dysfunction or not (I don't).

Opinion varies on this forum so I don't want any opinions. What do scientists and doctors say? What are facts? Will it always worsen over time? And if yes, why does this forum exist and shouldn't a 1st line treatment be implant immediately? Because why wait for a guillotine to fall? Makes no sense.

Mine keeps progressing after 3 years, there are 3 things that I did that made it worse:
1) I pulled my penis too much for a while thinking that was OK because wasn't painful= two weeks later thinnier shaft
2) I got injections of amnion and PRT combined, that caused me weeks later a new fibrosis on the really bottom of my penis, causing my penis to rotate when is semi and more deviation and slight torsion when is hard.
3) Shockwave therapy, caused a little bit more dentation and worse erections.
Conclusion:
DO not try unproven therapies and stay away for not FDA approved  therapies or medications, is too late for me to change that
My first symptoms started early in 2019
I tried Traction device, Pentofixiline, Q10, TRT, L-Argenine, cialis
I have narrowing/dent/hinge on the left side of my shaft
My ED is getting worse
Had a PRP shot Aug 2021
I have a girlfriend
Age 46

Sorry Bud. But not what I am asking exactly. What I am asking is a universal question, "is peyronie's progressive for all men and will it continue to worsen the condition and length and girth of all men's penises to one degree or another without cease for life"? Yes, there are always outliers and exceptions and blah, blah.

Your not asking for opinions but you come to this forum ?
June 2021- observed curve
September - increased curve
October - confirmed Peyronies, refered onwards to Peyronies specialist Urologist - November
Meanwhile immediately commenced traction with RestoreX after initial  visit and confirmation

Yes. Please read question carefully. I am not asking for opinions. I am asking, "According to science, for (most) men, not outliers, is peyronie's progressive and will it always worsen?" Not trying to be difficult. Hopefully my question is understood.

Thank you for calling me an outlier, I'm sure I feel emotionally better now lol. The point is that some men get worse, others stay the same while others get better, we are ALL different, I was trying to help you to not make the same mistakes as I did so you not progress farter!!!!

It's honestly impossible to give a correct answer as each man will have a different case and different progression of the disease. Speaking from my own personal experience I am now 2.5 years into the disease and it is still progressing. The curve has gotten slightly sharper to the right below the glans and also the narrowing on the right side of the shaft has gotten worse.

I know I also have a very dysfunctional pelvic floor which contributes to the issue but I've read about so many men who are years into the disease yet it's still progressing. I've read about men who underwent surgeries like plication or excision and graft surgery only to end up deformed yet again down the line.

Reading online it seems more and more men throughout the years with the disease opt for implants and I will not be surprised if down the road I will as well. I was 27 when I  got the disease and have had a pretty much near completely dysfunctional penis since then and I am running out of patience with this bs.
30 years. Sudden rightwards curve detected in June 2020
Narrowing on right side and about a 20° curve to the right.
ED + instability due to narrowing.
