Can anyone say what the actual goals are whilst using VED + Cialias for example?

So I'm using Cialis, following protocol I read on here and listening to urlogist advice.

I stopped manual traction as I'm pretty sure this made it worse in the first place.

So I'm feeling more hopeful now. I'm taking CoQ10 in the morning, Cialis at night and VED once a day or every 2 days. About 15 minutes of on and off. Getting to about 50% erect for now.

I feel pretty hopeful right now (hoping I can keep my mood this way)

Anyway, what exactly am I trying to do here?

Am I trying to get erect as much as possible to promote blood flow into the plaque to soften the plaque? And thats why I'm using VED cause it gets erections? Or should I just get normal erections without VED as I can still get hard if I think of girls or something?

Cialis is for, keeping myself hard right? Promoting the blood flow?

I'm just trying to gauge why exactly I'm doing these things to focus in on them more and know what I'm trying to achieve.

My plaque has gotten harder (when penis is flacid and small) since I was diagnosed 4-5 months ago so want that to stop lol

I have not read any study which clearly explains the mechanism of how a VED would help straighten a curve but it's most likely do to with remodeling the scar tissue over time due to the stretch that it gives. It also helps bring freshly oxygenated blood into the penis which in itself is a type of rehab.

The daily tadalafil is something 9/10 uros prescribe and it's simply just because like you said, improve blood flow and also due to the fact that many peyronies patients also have Erectile Dysfunction, also a few studies showed that daily tadalafil/sildenafil had anti fibrotic/possible plaque remodeling in a study on rats.

Keep your positivity, try stay consistent with the pump, track your progress and give updates on here. It will be of great help for others considering VED. There are very few strongly positive studies on VED & Traction in particular VED so IMO patients on here that track and update their progress after long term use of these devices actually contribute just as much as the doctors do who perform studies.
30 years. Sudden rightwards curve detected in June 2020
Narrowing on right side and about a 20° curve to the right.
ED + instability due to narrowing.

It is pretty much what Sonic said. The only thing i add, is that there are studies on it. The best place to find them is here: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/
Run a few searches on VED, ED, and have fun. Also check: https://malefertilityandpeyroniesclinic.com/peyronies/treatments/

Lists sources and studies for the current recommended therapies and why they are suggested.

Yeah I guess I do have ED so worth keeping at it, I stopped for a few days and noticed less erections... So guess it was helping there... Hope one day I can just get erections like normal, dont even mind the curve today just want to make sure I can get erect when needed lol
