Been doing 10 min VED daily. Can I do both restorex and VED daily?  Also can you wear restorex  when driving? I have 1/2 ride to and from work everyday. How bout during exercise.
Thank you.

Not sure on VED. Driving may be possible, but I found any movement whatsoever was difficult while wearing it. Exercise definitely not.

For me, Restorex doesn't mix with any activities that require moving around. Pretty much just sitting there when using it. On the other hand, it's only 30 minutes, and I have my iPad with me for games, email, news, etc. Also, keep in mind that you only have to wait over 30 minutes for the second time for the day. I keep it over 4 hours apart, but you can do a shorter interval if that fits your schedule better.

I'd feel weird using Restorex while driving. You have to have your pants and underpants down/off to do it. I guess you could throw a blanket over your lap, but it would be poking up. Also, your supposed to 15 minutes straight and15 minutes bent. How do you adjust in your car and people around? What if it slips, or needs further adjustments? And like people say, movement is not good while using Restorex.

Okay just did my first session. What the hell was I thinking. No way I could ever work out or drive a car. Even sitting was hard.  So directions say to keep sessions at least half hour apart. Does the time between sessions affect final results? I would probably do it a couple hrs apart in the evening. Is that to my disadvantage as opposed to say morning and night?

The time between sessions is to let blood flow into your penis. You need to let fresh blood get into your penis and this is the reason for taking breaks between sessions. The total time in traction is what counts. If you do it for a couple of hours in the evening, or do an hour in the morning and an hour at night is still 2 total hours of traction time.
