20 days in.

Currently using B Cylinder almost exclusively for a 15 min session per day. Toward the end of the session I start to feel a definite stretching sensation which isn't uncomfortable but it's almost like I wish the session went on longer so I'd get more of a stretch.

I've read of some studies where patients were instructed to use their VED twice per day.

I am thinking first thing in the morning and then late afternoon/early evening?

Thoughts on this?
35. No injury. Lump Feb 22.
Pain, dent, left & upward bend ~50deg. Bad EQ.
Cialis Dac 22 - ear issues.
Diagnosed Feb 23.
VED Oct 22. PMP Feb 23.
Lump reduced May 23, dent remains, angle a little better. EQ improved.

Supportive partner, depression.

You can try it but do keep in mind if you get the slightest feeling that your penis is overworked then revert back to your once a day pumping protocol.

Have you switched to the B cylinder because of girth gains or was the A one simply too narrow?
30 years. Sudden rightwards curve detected in June 2020
Narrowing on right side and about a 20° curve to the right.
ED + instability due to narrowing.

Switched to B because I was basically filling the A chamber during the 2nd half of my sessions - My glans particularly were creating a complete seal around the top and it only felt like it was the glans that were getting pressure and was uncomfortable to pump anywhere near full erection.

Since moving to B, I can feel the "outward" pull all up my shaft and I feel I'm getting getting a much more well-rounded stretch. It still pulls things straight for me in B, but I feel it's exerting more pressure on the dent which is what I want.

I think I'm going to give myself another week using B and then start moving to twice a day every other day, then if that is ok, moving to every day.

21 days is super early days so I don't want to go too quick too soon 🙂

I do 10 minutes or so and have been pondering going to 15 and/or doing two sessions a day.

I'm doing the kitchen sink approach, so while i'm not positive, I think the minor improvement I've had in my hourglassing/denting/hinge area is primary due to VED. I also pump to where I feel a stretch in the problem area (never pain) and feel like expanding the session or doing two might add benefit.

Noticed less morning, and less strong, erections 2020
Noticed dents/groove/hourglassing/hinge near base 2021.
Urologist had me start Pentox, Vit E, Cialis, RestoreX.
I also started VED and all supplements in the guide.

Yeah it definitely feels like a stretch in the area rather than any kind of discomfort...

I've been experimenting with different approaches to lube too - I've found that if I don't lube my glans then my foreskin stays over them for much longer, and given that both my problem areas are right below the glans, this allows that area to expand more/be stretched before the foreskin rolls back and puts a proverbial elastic band over the exact area I'm trying to stretch!
