SomaCorrect pump has broken

Less than 20 days of use.

Air is escaping via the release button so can no longer pump. Was absolutely fine yesterday.

Does anyone know the fix or am I going to have to fork out on yet another unit?

Does it not come with a warranty? They should send you a new pump head. If it's not possible then you do not need to order an entire new device, only a new pump head is required.

I've emailed them, but it's gone half 5 on a Friday so I suspect I won't hear back til' Monday now.

I was just starting to get into the swing of things with it too, shame.

The day after it started working again, figures.

I can only assume in storage it was resting on the plastic button maybe, which took some time to get itself back to normal.
