I went for another exam yesterday (October 19, 2022) because this year my curve up and to the left got much worse. The urologist found scar tissue on the upper right side near the base of the shaft. He said it might be caused by rough sex or with intercourse by the woman above and missing the vagina and it buckles or bends the penis. He said a majority of his patients don't remember it happening. But I'm thinking it is possible in my case. He covered my options of injections with Xiaflex but they are expensive and few insurances cover it. Surgery to remove scar tissue would result in some shrinkage. His preferred method is implant. But since I have no pain and am still able to have intercourse, he recommended doing nothing at this time.

He asked me about ED. I am on once daily Cialis, 5 mg and told him I can achieve and maintain solid erections and that my nighttime and morning erections are more frequent since starting the prescription last month. They remind me when I was 17-18 years old. He said with such results with only 5 mg (considered a low dose) it reinforces his recommendation to do nothing. I asked about stretching or penis exercise and he didn't think it necessary.

At first I was leaning towards injections but a lot of men are not advising it here. It seems traction is most preferred and successful but I didn't ask about it nor did he mention it.

I am going to take his advice to do nothing.
Diagnosed in my 30s with mild curve. Now age 55 and curve to left is more pronounced. ED and prostate issues. No pain and once daily Cialis is helping.

You should start traction therapy with RestoreX immediately if you're past the acute stage of Peyronies Disease. You should start VED with BathMate immediately if you're past the acute stage of Peyronies Disease.

His preferred method sounds like his most profitable..

If you want a dildo, buy a dildo machine, cock extender, or get an implant.. If you want a better dick, you're in the right place to do research

To Bud Luck: Urologist did not recommend implant for me. Only if condition gets worse.
To Surtr: I'd be most interested in traction if condition worsens.

And there are multiple traction devices. RestoreX is just one of several.
