So I'm poor and I would like to know if stretchign by hand if done for 30 minutes could be teh same? You just pull straight forward for 30 minutes correct?

I'm no doctor, but I'd say that it could have some effect. It may not visually change the curvature, and it may be difficult for you to maintain constant pulling force for 30 minutes, but apparently it doesn't seem to be dangerous, as the device works exactly like that. Good luck!
34 yo. 30-35 degree curvature to the right. Doing traction with RestoreX and taking vit E and pentoxifylline. Less than 1 year of Peyronies Disease.

If you search this forum you will find out that manual traction indeed has damaged quite a few members. How do you know how much pulling force is generated? Will it be the same the next time you try? That is why devices were designed and thought up. This gives the user a kind of idea and exactness of where they are in their traction. There are studies done to back it up. Yes there have been members here who swear that manual traction has helped them. My question to you is do you want to take the chance and make things worse? Save up your money and purchase a device.

Listen to Mikel. I am 90% sure manual traction worsened a rather small dent I had on the right side close to base. Devices provide a constant load over x amount of time. Traction by hand never offers the same force all the time like devices because you have no idea of how much you are pulling each time.
30 years. Sudden rightwards curve detected in June 2020
Narrowing on right side and about a 20° curve to the right.
ED + instability due to narrowing.

30 minutes a day is not enough. And you are not able to hold a consistent stretch manually for that long.

Really 🧐, I think you have failed to read the instructions and information regarding RestoreX traction device that is found on the website.

June 2021- observed curve
September - increased curve
October - confirmed Peyronies, refered onwards to Peyronies specialist Urologist - November
Meanwhile immediately commenced traction with RestoreX after initial  visit and confirmation
