Had cowgirl injury. Have tried shockwave, restoreX, bathmate and redlight tanning bed for 1 year without success. Have added peptide injections during the past 6mo. Melanotan 2 was the best effect, but turned my skin very dark so I only did 1mo- used 200micrograms per day with max minutes of artificial UV light. Recently have used PT141 daily 300mcg & BPC 157 500mcg. Seems that genetics contribute; My Dad has a fibrous tumor in his leg from an injury involving a cow injection- Desmoid Tumor.  My mom has some wicked gut problems that she's not interested in telling me about - takes Linzess. Seems that pygeum, vitamin E, Saw Palmetto, ALA/ALC and Milk Thistle may help. It feels very close to a breakthrough. My restoreX hurts, so I use delta8 and/or THC-o (federally legal & available in most States) These cannabinoids also help the mental pain with peyronies and have allowed me to do ice plunge after sauna with less resistance. I've never been able to figure out my diet but I eat much better with cannabinoids

Hi mate,

Would love an update on your new protocol.

What was your angle at its worst?

And what's it like now?

As for the injections..where are you injecting on the penis and how regularly are you doing them?

You would need to be changing injection site every time so how long do you think you can keep this protocol going for?

Have you had any adverse effects?

B7-33 is a pleotropic. It can effect on several organ systems. Meanning it affects the genes of. Personally I wouldn't introduce something into my body that affects genes in ways that are not fully understood. Unless your a gineracist.

Furthermore treatment should be targeted on not affect healthy parts of the body.
Latest routine. Started l-lysine 3mg daily, l-proline 5mg daily. Increased vit c intake. Accompanied with almost daily vacuum therapy. Pumping to 100% Exercise caution! Made good progress. L arginine supplements and prescribed potaba are helping.

Please my friend do NOT take saw palmetto. This could cause PFS like symptoms -(post finasteride syndrome) because it lowers your DHT levels which is crucial to maintain penile health. I accidentally stumbled across your post and just wanted to throw in my 2Censts.. You can browse propeciahelp and people developed fibrous tissue/poeyronies like symptoms from this supplement.

Good luck in healing buddy!
Age 41. Onset of mild hourglass 2010 semi erect. No progression until 2022. Slight pain & hourglass when flaccid. Considering Titan due to on/off ED for years.

Hello, what was the tanning bed for?  I get the red light but wouldn't a tanning bed burn you?  Is that what red light therapy would do?
I have a girlfriend
Age 47, No injury
Diagnosis January 2022
Six plaques
Hourglassing when flaccid and semi-erect
Only have my congenital curve
Massaging with vitamin E cream twice a day

I am thinking of buying it since I have chronic prostatitis and it's one of the most studied natural supplements. Why would it cause more fibrosis?
25 y old. Injury during sex 2014 and since then, an upwards bend, 20-35 degrees. Haven't tried more than occasional manual traction. Losing my mind.

I do not know that Saw Palmetto reduces DHT, BUT IF IT DOES I would stay away from it. DHT is the most powerful and widely dispersed hormone in our system.  If you want a technical explanation, listen to about 15 minutes of this podcast starting at 2:15:00

pey ron, how interesting another post of yours ive yet to find via search. last time looking up rho kinase inhibitors and this looking up b7-33. you are quite the chemist. b7-33 is a great tool in my opinion for preventing fibrosis if one is using pgeq/trimix injections. i guess one can use it alone- ive never heard of trying it before.

here is more info on b7-33 just for whoever is seeing this message to see:
