Does alprostadil impair natural erection

My situation is this: I can get an erection, which in 80% of cases goes away quickly or stays around 60%. Not sure of the reason yet. My question is - if I use Alprostadil several times for sexual intercourse, will it further damage my already compromised natural erection? I am talking about the use of alprostadil within 10 micrograms and of course if no priapism occurs.
41 years old. Penis fracture in February. Surgery. After fracture - normal erections. Until July. Shock wave - after that I lost my NTE. After Shock waves the PDE5 didnt work.
2020 - already without depression, I'm just trying to get on the right way

Do you have any type of deformity due to the trauma?, if you do Alhprostadil is contradicted.
By the way, I saw on your signature line that you got worse after Shockwave therapy, same thing happened to me.
My first symptoms started early in 2019
I tried Traction device, Pentofixiline, Q10, TRT, L-Argenine, cialis
I have narrowing/dent/hinge on the left side of my shaft
My ED is getting worse
Had a PRP shot Aug 2021
I have a girlfriend
Age 46

Sten1: have you read about injection therapy? There are risks involved, but if you are careful it is a therapy that is recommended in some instances.

You should have sudafed nearby if you want to be safe shall a priapism occur.

What side effects can this medication cause?
Alprostadil may cause side effects. Tell your doctor if any of these symptoms are severe or do not go away:
bleeding or bruising in the place where you administered the medication
pain or aching in the penis, testicles, legs, or perineum (area between the penis and rectum)
warmth or burning sensation in the urinary opening of the penis
redness of the penis
headache
back pain
skin problems
vision problems
Some side effects can be serious. If you experience any of these symptoms, call your doctor immediately:
erection lasting more than 4 hours
redness, swelling, tenderness, or unusual curving of the erect penis
nodules or hard areas on the penis
fast heartbeat
fainting
swollen veins in the legs
If you experience a serious side effect, you or your doctor may send a report to the Food and Drug Administration's (FDA) MedWatch Adverse Event Reporting program online (http://www.fda.gov/Safety/MedWatch) or by phone (1-800-332-1088).

What should I know about storage and disposal of this medication?
Keep this medication in the container it came in, tightly closed, and out of reach of children. Store alprostadil vials and cartridges at room temperature and away from excess heat and moisture (not in the bathroom). Read the manufacturer's instructions for information about how long alprostadil solution may be stored after mixing and where it should be kept. Alprostadil pellets should be stored in the original package in the refrigerator, but may be kept at room temperature for up to 14 days before use. Do not expose the medication to high temperatures or place it in direct sunlight since this will make it ineffective.

It is important to keep all medication out of sight and reach of children as many containers (such as weekly pill minders and those for eye drops, creams, patches, and inhalers) are not child-resistant and young children can open them easily. To protect young children from poisoning, always lock safety caps and immediately place the medication in a safe location – one that is up and away and out of their sight and reach. http://www.upandaway.org

When traveling, do not store alprostadil in checked luggage or leave it in the car where it may be exposed to extreme temperatures. Store alprostadil pellets in a portable ice pack or cooler.

Unneeded medications should be disposed of in special ways to ensure that pets, children, and other people cannot consume them. However, you should not flush this medication down the toilet. Instead, the best way to dispose of your medication is through a medicine take-back program. Talk to your pharmacist or contact your local garbage/recycling department to learn about take-back programs in your community. See the FDA's Safe Disposal of Medicines website (http://goo.gl/c4Rm4p) for more information if you do not have access to a take-back program.

In case of emergency/overdose
If someone uses too much alprostadil, call your local poison control center at 1-800-222-1222. If the victim has collapsed or is not breathing, call local emergency services at 911.

Symptoms of overdose may include:
fainting
dizziness
blurred vision
nausea
pain in the penis that does not go away
erection lasting longer than 6 hours
What other information should I know?
Keep all appointments with your doctor. It is important to have regular follow-up visits with your doctor (e.g., every 3 months).

Do not let anyone else use your medication, needles, or syringes. Ask your pharmacist any questions you have about refilling your prescription.

It is important for you to keep a written list of all of the prescription and nonprescription (over-the-counter) medicines you are taking, as well as any products such as vitamins, minerals, or other dietary supplements. You should bring this list with you each time you visit a doctor or if you are admitted to a hospital. It is also important information to carry with you in case of emergencies.

Fortunately and thank God, I don't have a curve. After the trauma and surgery, I could maintain an erection with low dose Cialis. After shock therapy, the pills just stopped on the same day.

Maybe I didn't explain the situation correctly. I can get an erection, sometimes even 100%, sometimes 60-70%. With pressure in the front of the penis, the erection begins to disappear. The only way this doesn't happen is when my erection is 100% to begin with. If I started with a 70% erection, any strong pressure (eg deep throat) on the front of the penis would compromise it. I want to know - if I try a few injections, will it compromise the natural erection and I will only need injections after that.

The injection cause scar tissue and can cause farther damage on already damaged tissue, just what happened to me with the Amnion/PRT injection ( $2000) it caused me more damage, do not inject on your penis
