hello  . my penis is getting worse the fracture has resulted in small peyronie's plaques on the back, and the nodule of fibrosis in the left corpus Cavernosum is a little bigger now. I almost can't get an erection even to masturbate but if I take cialis I still have morning erections. my penis bends about 30 degrees upwards, has a narrowing before the glans, and is losing size. I'm seriously thinking about an implant but I don't know if I'm ready, it's only been 9 months since the accident, but I think that at this rate, if it continues like this, the penis will shrink a lot. VED I create more damage and I can't traction because I have the injury there where the device grabs. what do you advise me? I am taking medication for depression and anxiety for all this problem that life has consumed me. and I don't know if given this mental situation I will be a good candidate for the implant. but while I clarify what I can do better to not lose more volume while I decide on the implant and the surgeon. advise me please. Thank you

Paul, so sorry you are going through this.
I went through early stages of Peyronies 8 years ago and yes it's depressing, but you will get through this.
How old are you?
When was the last time you talked to your urologist and what did he/she say?

[hello friend thanks for your words I am 45 years old, let's say I had a closed penis fracture resulting in a fibrotic nodule of 14mm by 8 by 6. I don't know why now it is bigger than before, and I have also got small dorsal plates in the tunic of 1m, 2mm and 3mm. the 3 plates together in line. As I have this erectile dysfunction plus the nodule that has no treatment according to the doctors, the only solution they see is an implant. I have read some member of this forum that his nodule disappeared, I don't know if it is true or false or he didn't have it in the corpus Cavernosum. the point is that every doctor who sees me lately recommends the implant before the penis retracts more

Hello paul

Yes sorry you are going through it. Sorry any of us had to or that is going through it now. Mine started at age 48 with no injury. I went to different urologist, 1st one said refer you out to give injections or implant. Next one is where referral went didn't do any testing just went off picture on my phone and said no implant that I needed injections but I didn't qualify for injections because curve wasn't enough but no testing to find out how much curve I had. Another Quack!. 3 rd one did testing and started seeing curve but not in full effect and said implant. They said injections might work but peronies would come back so I would have to repeat injection again and again. Surgeon said implants would fix peronies. I couldn't use my penis anyway with a 30-45 degree curve. So I went with implant. Yes went through the depression with peronies and depression after 1st surgeon screwed me over. But now I had my revision and my life and mental state is much better! Knowing it will be close to 10 yrs before needing another implant and seeing my penis straight and it will always be straight and can have sex gives you relief physically and mentally.

Hang in there. What state you live in? People on this board can give great advice on who to go to and who not to. Read alot here cause my wife and I did!  Support is here!

hey paul.

If you follow my time line. My 1st surgery was supposed to be done by a great surgeon referred to us, but what the surgeon didn't tell us was that the resident surgeon/student was doing the surgery which screwed everything up from wrong sizing, placing reseviour wrong, pump to high and tubes halfway up the shaft which all n all I was worse than before surgery. So I went to a surgeon highly recommended that was the only surgeon in his practice and He did the surgery and revised and fixed all the screw up's.

waveboy fixed and out!
