I am doing manual traction, cialis 5mg daily and ved pump... doesnt seem to be straightening me out.. maybe girth a little bit has come back.. it still curves to the right and drops down, it looks like my glans is about to pop off.. ugly

Havent told a soul, scared to show any girl it when i just want to have some fun in my twenties still, i want to casually date and meet new great girls, back of my head i just feel like i cant be the person i used to be, i used to love having s*x and not having to be careful, feels like ill just be so timid and sh*t next time

Hello ohnoohno,
Well, you're doing the right thing, although do be careful with both the traction and the pump.  Definitely do not overdo those physical actions.  A little bit will help, too much will make it worse by causing other injury.  I would add Vitamin E every day too as it sometimes can help:  a 200 unit capsule every morning and every night, or a single 400 unit capsule -- again, taking more won't be better so don't overdo the Vitamin E either.  Surprised your urologist gave you cialis without even mentioning Vitamin E which is cheap, safe, and can help.

The mental part of Peyronie's is the most difficult.  You ARE the same person you used to be.  That hasn't changed.  You can still love girls and sex but you may need to adjust your style.  Peyronie's CAN get better, and it CAN go away so don't lose hope.  However, it can also stay with you for life, either stabilizing, or worsening.  But you are still you.

Not every girl needs her man to be a porn-star-hung stud in bed, and there are many ways to satisfy a girl without even using your cock.  Of course I'm not suggesting you abandon intercourse.  There are ways to deal with Peyronie's if if gets very bad.   For now, the main thing is to overcome your fears and anxieties first, and accept that you will be different for a little while, and possibly a long while.  Don't think so darkly about the future, but try to keep your cool and continue to seek help.

I appreciate your words. I feel so alone right now. I've been thinking of it all day I just wish I could be myself again. Huge fog clouds my mind right now.

How do you know if you've over done it or injured yourself more? As I'm in the acute phase apparently things can keep changing, and they have, it's gotten worse, more to the right and hanging down, looks very weird. I'm not sure if this is just naturally changing or it's cause I'm doing traction/VED.

I just want to be doing the correct things to make it better

The more I try to fix the fibrosis the worse it gets, maybe for some cases is better to leave it alone
My first symptoms started early in 2019
I tried Traction device, Pentofixiline, Q10, TRT, L-Argenine, cialis
I have narrowing/dent/hinge on the left side of my shaft
My ED is getting worse
Had a PRP shot Aug 2021
I have a girlfriend

I tried : Traction, Pentofixiline, Q10, P-shot, Shockwave, Castor oil....
Everything depends of the severity of the condition, the location of the fibrosis.. I had a Piraprism episode from a Trimix injection, I probably have fibrosis on my corporal bodies instead of my tunica, but I don't know, I'm taking advantage that I'm in Barcelona Spain now so I will get an MRI, here it only cost me 150 Euros, in the USA is probably thousands

Ohnoohno,

We know how difficult it is.  We gotta be as positive as can be, keeping ourselves busy helps.

I know we all went through not thinking of anything else but this.  It's tough not to talk to anyone about it.  Talk to one of your guy friends.  I didn't discover this forum until four months after my diagnosis.  The first two months I talked to no one, I had to get it out.  I talk to my friend I have since second grade.  He's been awesome, asks a lot of questions.

Hope this helps.

Best to all.

Totally agree with FrankPD.  The mental health aspect of this can be really crushing but it feels better to talk with someone.  No guy will listen to your situation and not be sympathetic.

Also, if your condition seems to be getting worse my bet is that you're overdoing the physical treatments.  Peyronie's can have a sudden onset and can get better or worse with time, but getting worse day by day isn't the usual pattern.  Like other posters here, try cutting out the pulling and the pumping.

Remember:  the point of the pulling is that you may manage to dislodge some loose plaque.  But pulling won't dislodge plaque that is really solidified.  And the point of pumping is to cause more blood flow that also might dislodge loose plaque.  But again, if the plaque is hard, pumping won't make it move.  Other sufferers please correct me if I'm wrong, but this is why it's always recommended to use these techniques sparingly, a little at a time.

Good luck.

Thanks I'm going to guess I've overdid it and made things slightly worse, fantastic. Ah well.

I noticed the other day I stopped doing anything for maybe 1-2 nights as I was busy travelling and I got an erection and realised I had gained 1-2cm length (looked more normal). I then did some traction and VED and it seemed to be shorter the day after... Maybe I'll leave a bit and see, I feel the plaque has hardered a bit too, and I've got a indentation on the top of my shaft now which wasn't there before, I believe this could be due to manual traction..
