Hi to all of you, guys. I suffer from peyronie disease, and after a lot of months without masturbating, today I masturbated. I masturbated without lube, and maybe too roughly (I ejaculated after 15 seconds). After masturbation, foreskin and glans become red. After 3 hours, redness mostly went away. I didn't experience pain, but only a slight burning. When I masturbated, I was 85 % erect (at the maximum of erection I can reach). I'm very scared I may have caused a further trauma or microtrauma which can make my peyronie worse. What is your opinion?

If you are in the chronic phase of peyronies it is possible to cause further damage from masturbation. It all depends on the roughness of it and whether you used lube and whether you had a very hard erection. Rule of thumb is to try and abstain from sex if possible during the acute stage. If you must masturbate then gentle is the rule with a lot of lube and the hardest erection you can achieve. Also don't go for a marathon session either  :)

Mikel7: thank you very much for your answer. My question is: is It possible that redness of the glans and of the foreskin indicates inflammation of the tunica or redness of the glans and of the foreskin simply indicates inflammation of the glans and of the foreskin?

If your tunica was injured/inflammed I don't think it would cause your outer skin to become red as you say. I think you were too rough on your skin.

Inflammation inside your penis would not show on the outer layer of skin like that. 99% sure you have just irritated the skin surrounding that area. Although it says you orgasm after 15 seconds so it sounds strange how your foreskin & glans could get so irritated after such a short amount of time but just let it be and you'll see it will go away. If it's still burning or sore you can try wash it with cold water.

Sonic: thank you very much. Yes you are right, It is weird that with a stimulation which lasted only 15 seconds redness appear on glans and foreskin. I think   it happened because I haven't been masturbating for 3 months and I didn't use lube

Probably that's the reason then. 3 month hold off probably made it so that your first time in that period the area became sensitive and irritated. This exact thing you are describing has happened to me multiple times when I have been too rough. Usually in 3 days it's gone for me.

Best of luck!

After a long time without masturbation.... i would say that is nothing that you should worry about. I remember being one two months without masturbating and the sensations after where crazy.... the orgasm was almost painful, but awesome.

Hello giancolo,

Redness def from not doing it for such a long time, the skin probably got irritated.  Should be ok in a few days.

I've learned we especially in our condition with Peyronies, it's best to use lube when masturbating and reapply as much as you need.  For me it's a must, I'm like fearful if I don't.

Keep us posted.

Be well!

The original post is astounding.

I would like to hear a detailed explanation of why anyone on this forum would risk roughly masturbating when they are trying to recover from Peyronies Disease or trying to keep it from becoming much worse.

If you can have Peyronies Disease, be informed by the thousands of posts on this forum, and do risky things to your penis, I am not sure how to answer you.

Dear Hawk, thank you for giving me your point of view.
It seems astounding, but I'd like to say another point of viewing the situation: It's true that this forum is very very useful and contains all of information which can lead everyone of us to make the best decisions when we have to deal with Peyronie disease, but: many times, in every field of knowledge It can easily happen that a person (in this case me), before a traumatic event happens, totally ignores what is a problem, and what is not a problem  (in this case: masturbation without lube). Before the event which I described in my post, I totally ignored the necessity of using lube during masturbation, because I never used It before. I said that I "maybe" roughly masturbated only because I argued this from the redness of the skin, but I was not sure about this. In fact in the post I said "maybe", not "surely". Anyway, It's totally true that, as you said, risking to damage further the penis while trying to recover is something indefinable.

So the point, in my opinion, is that when one person ignores what is a problem and what is not  a problem, this person will not search info (about the problem that ignores) on the forum, or anywhere. The research always starts from one topic that a person considers as a problem/doubt to resolve.

I disagree If your skin is red It is a warning sign of inflammation and one can only guess as to how deep it goes. When i injured my tunica from masterbation (which I have done multiple times) it is always accompanied by red skin.
