Anyone still have a thriving sex life?

In short, I am late 20s and not currently looking for anything serious. I want to meet new women and have fun. My Peyronies Disease isn't that bad with curve but it does feel weird when it's erect compared to what it used to be. Almost like a little stiff and broken (guess it is).

I haven't had sex with it yet, especially due to the mental trauma this is causing but I want to get myself back out there and enjoy it.

Any advice?

Hi There

yes its completely possible to have a thriving sex life .  In my research, and reading and learning.  Most cases aren't that bad.  It started for me in 2018.  mild pain, slight curve and twist, there were some dents but they smoothed out.

I had just gotten together with my current girlfriend at that time, and was super worried about how the sex might be, or not be.  Im 47yrs old, and starting struggling with ED a few years prior to the onset of Peyronies.  But, her and i have an incredibly satisfying sex life, I use Cialis as well, and that seems to do the trick.

it definitely feels different,  sometimes it feels a bit detached if that makes sense....but overall, its a mild case for me, about 8 - 10 degree curve, its been stable for three years, and we have ALOT of sex, so i wouldn't worry to much

I understand the mental aspect....its still with me, I wonder what the future is going to hold in this department, but you're young, you dont think its that bad, so go have fun!

Hope this helps

I do appreciate your take, I'm late twenties and currently want to have some casual protected sex as I'm not ready to settle (I was in a long term relationship before too), my curve is definitely noticable, I'll probably have to bring it up but I'm hoping I can get the curve to be a bit more straight..

There is nothing at all wrong with a minor curve

It's really an us issue, we think the girl we are with will know something is different.  But for her its just how you are.  My girlfriend didn't know me before the onset, and I told her, i was straight as an arrow, but now i have this curve upwards.   and she kinda shrugged and said "looks good to me!"   so its truly a mental aspect...lots of men have a curve.

Indeed. The best sex of my life was after Peyronies Disease, I think I was 31 at the time.

We always go to the worst case scenario in our head, and I understand that. But if I look at my life (I'm now 51), I can honestly say, even though I was shaped a little differently after Peyronies Disease, once the pain went away, my sex life was even better (maybe due to maturity and stamina and whatnot).

So, don't assume the worst. Deal with the hand you've been dealt and know that for many men, Peyronies Disease is not a "death sentence" and, in fact, doesn't even slow them down. They simply deal with a slight change in shape and enjoy life.

51 yrs. old, multiple auto-immune conditions. First episode of Peyronies Disease in 2002. Recurred a couple times since. Over the years I have tried Topical Verapamil, Iontophoresis, all the supps and Cialis + Pentoxifylline. Still functional, always worried.

How long did it take for the pain to go away? I'm 7 months in now and it's just unbearable to get an erection at the moment still.

I have a SomaCorrect on the way, hoping that can help stretch stuff out.

I'm sure we've all seen porn , and dicks come in all shapes. Non peyronies curves are very common.
57 yrs old.
Pre-Trost treatment, 110 composite curve (75 up, 35 left)
Post-Trost xiaflex treatment, 0-15 degree curve.

You can still have sex, provided you have good erections and you are careful. I didn't think it would be possible, after my fracture in 2014. But i have sex once in a while, and whilst i can't do all the same positions as before, i can still have intimacy and affection and please my partner. And i had both casual sex and whilst i was in a relationship.

Thats the thing, I really gotta just deal with this mentally, I feel like the rest of my life is pretty good right now and I'm happy and then I remember about my d and think F~@<, these girls that im speaking to i dunno how i'll pursue them with this, and it puts my whole day down.

But its good to hear your side. So the pain stopped at some point? Mine isnt too painful right now but i havent had sex yet so. it usually just feels like stiff when getting an erection. I'm trying manual traction to counter bend and extend, cialis and somaerect pump. no luck so far but havent been using long, hopefully i see results after a month or 2

Fulfilling sex is not just about the actual orgasm but rather all of the things surrounding it. Touching, holding, caressing, exploring etc....really getting to know your partner. It is an emotional bond too. Your mindset and brain play a very big role in it. If you are preoccupied with anything it can hamper it.

Agreed completely, the act of sex is not really to get to the finish line as fast as possible.  There are nights my girlfriend and I just fool around, and have fun.  We have very intimate encounters without actually having intercourse.  and it's SUPER connective and makes for a very fulfilling relationship and experience with each other.

have you seen a doc yet?  7 months is a long time to have pain like that.

Soma correct is great, I would also start manual traction if you can.  Look up NeoV on this forum or on YouTube hes got great videos on how to do manual traction

It all depends also on how your partner is, some women prefer oral, some women are happy with just affection, some women don't like sex and some women love penetration. My girlfriend hates affection, she only likes sex and she is multi orgasmic, we are on vacation and we are having intercorse penetration twice everyday, is getting harder for me to keep it up her high sex drive and she is 51!!!!!
My first symptoms started early in 2019
I tried Traction device, Pentofixiline, Q10, TRT, L-Argenine, cialis
I have narrowing/dent/hinge on the left side of my shaft
My ED is getting worse
Had a PRP shot Aug 2021
I have a girlfriend
Age 46

Yes - what M7 said...two years w/o normal intercourse and my wife and I adapted, both felt fulfilled and satisfied, and even grew closer, as a result.

I did have surgery, nearing 3 weeks ago, to correct the 90% bend, so, our workarounds may not be necessary, long-term, but, even if they were, my wife has assured me that we go forward, together

You know they make very realistic dildos that you could use on her when you are not up to the task.  Try it and it could open up a brand new level of intimacy for both of you.  They come in thousands of different sizes/shapes and color.  You are only limited by your imagination.....

Honestly my sex life improved after the diagnosis. I'm much more attentive. I guess it depends on the level of deformity. One night stands are a bit difficult though. My dick just dies when i put a condom on. Maybe a bit of cialis for that. Its an anxiety thing as well, i had this problem long before peyronies and i had a lot of unprotected sex. Which ofcourse is not advisable at all. Anyway. We read this book when we were in elementary school called "Stone Fox". And it kept saying "if there is a will there is a way". You just have to get rid of preconceived notions about sex. I was afraid without a easily or fully functioning penis i wouldn't be able to channel this raw, carnal energy. You  can find ways. A lot of creative foreplay, fingering and things of that sort until i can get a decent erection seems to work for me.

Narrowing below the glans, a bit of shortening
Not sure if Peyronie's disease or fibrosis
Symptoms have currently stabilised

True I agree, the last thing I want is to be in the moment with someone and then think about "oh no I have peyronies" and my mood just totally changes and kills the setting.. I need to own that I've got this and can make do with it..

Have you any advice that might get my little guy more straight?

So your sex life is working still?  from looking at your bio, maybe no curve? My tip is whats curving to the right, like its the head of your body tilting to the right lol

Hi, that reassures me as it sounds like mine, although to the right.. How much does yours lean to the left? And rotation do you mean like twisting downwards or something?

Do you have any trouble with sex?

Why get concerned about your penis appearance. Most women don't care or even think about that stuff, their interest is in enjoying sex and having a kind gentle man.
June 2021- observed curve
September - increased curve
October - confirmed Peyronies, refered onwards to Peyronies specialist Urologist - November
Meanwhile immediately commenced traction with RestoreX after initial  visit and confirmation

I hope so!

This is all still new to me so, I was happy with how my penis was 6 months ago, I always was proud of him and to take him out if needed, now im super self conscious to the fact of when I'm speaking with girls currently I think of that it wont be the same as before, I haven't had sex or any thing since this all happened as I just shut myself out..

It looks weird at the tip now like curved down and I lost some length, I'm scared of things going further with any women currently due to all this but I just want to live my life and enjoy my 20s a bit more..

Just ranting here..
