I did take cialis for a month but i had to stop due to high arousal level. After a month of not taking i wanted to start again but i got pain around my pelvic floor after i took one. I had an injury there and there is also a plaque that blocking the bloodflow and there for causing pain....i started to using magnesium oil in order to reduce the inflammation and possible soften the plaque.
My question is, should i force with cialis the bloodflow despite the pain or it will make things worse by putting too much pressure on the arterys and veins?

I recently watched a Webinar by Dr. Levine. And he explains there that PDES inhibitors (like Viagra, Cialis, etc.) don't increase arousal. They aid in helping to maintain an erection. It still takes arousal initiated by the brain (sight, smell, touch) to initiate the erection process.
