Is chronic pain that last for 4 years and usually not during errection, but while flaccid, a sign that it is not Peyronies Disease ? Maybe pudendal neuralgia?
26y, injured at 21 :/

Reinjured late 2019 when having sex with weak errection.
No curvature, but rotation of the base to the left about 30degrees
Main problem: chronic flaccid pain.

No deformity or ED. Discomfort (which is improving gradually). Months of stress preceded symptoms. Discomfort can be palpated on practically the whole penis but it comes and goes. I can't find plaque. Latest urologist doubts that it is Peyronies Disease.

Hello Jimmy,

yes downward curvature but this is congenital.

Just read the two links thanks. Unfortunately the doctor is not giving away a lot of information.

I just dont know what triggers and what stops this pain. Errection most often triggers it. But i can also have this pain for all day, not having a single errection in the mean time. And sometimes its just gone and i try to relate it back to something i just did (food, movement, stretch....) i always think i found something, try it again the next time i have pain, does not work.
Recently i did some pudendal neuralgia exercises and this seemes to make my symptoms worse temporarly.
