What the Bleep Happened Here?

Folks, this is as embarrassing as p00ping yourself in a corporate meeting.

The signs, symptoms and appearance all point to Peyronies Disease. When I was 25 I had a (substitute slang for male reproductive organ) that women marveled over. One said it was the biggest she had ever seen, several refused $ex with me due to size and a girlfriend's gynecologist said I needed to back off because I was flattening and driving into her cervix. I weighed 170lbs.

31 years later, everything has changed. Bent 90 degrees, 70lbs heavier, shocked at what the bleep happened. No pain and no recollection of acute injury. It just started happening about 9 months ago. Of course I have started a rigorous diet and exercise regimen as I'll wind up taking a dirt nap if things go on this way and I don't lose weight. Here are steps taken in the last ten days relative to things below the belt:

-Procured a RestoreX; jeez, that thing is no joke. The tape thing is like ripping a band aid off 2x per day
-Procured a Post-I-Vac; easier than the RestoreX but they are two different devices
-Started taking Vitamin E, 81mg aspirin, Citrulline, L arginine and have restarted a daily dose of 5 mg Tadalafil. Both sides of my family have a horrific history of aggressive prostate cancer and Tadalafil was prescribed as a chemo preventative for prostate cancer. Also putting castor oil on the (deleted) after getting out of the shower in the morning. PS, all PSA and DRE tests are negative for prostate cancer.

How this happened is an absolute shock. What used to be a point of pride (no pun intended) is now a source of embarrassment. My wife is totally supportive, however, having gone from Riches to Rags ain't a good time. I guess I'm now part of a club that nobody wants to join. Yey.  Look forward to discussing things and some day offering proactive advice to new members of our club....

Hi, I see your proactive so that's a good start.
First thing get rid of the tape when using RestoreX and go to a shop and buy some sponge 'make up' pads - they are a game changer and stick to the RestoreX instructions.
Good stretching luck 😊
June 2021- observed curve
September - increased curve
October - confirmed Peyronies, refered onwards to Peyronies specialist Urologist - November
Meanwhile immediately commenced traction with RestoreX after initial  visit and confirmation

You should find a urologist who specializes in Peyronies. It is probably even worth flying out to Utah to have Dr Trost treat your curve with Xiaflex and traction. He seems to be getting excellent results.
57 yrs old.
Pre-Trost treatment, 110 composite curve (75 up, 35 left)
Post-Trost xiaflex treatment, 0-15 degree curve.

Folks,

Thanks for your kind words. It's a relief and source of strength that there is a forum of people so willing to step up and offer advice. The plan is to try self-care for 3-6 months and see how the combination of Peyronies Disease treatment and weight loss affects things. If no improvement, I'll go to a Peyronies Disease specialist. It's been only 5-6 days with the RestoreX and already I've gone up a couple clicks. The Post-I-Vac is kind of humorous....after pumping I look down and say, "Oh, there you are, where have you been?"  :P ;)
