Complicated Situation.
« on: September 01, 2022, 07:30:30 PM »

Hi Everyone,  :)

So basically I am 100% sure I have Peryoines, let me delve into the history of this a bit.

My penis was functioning normally up until late 2021, I had no issues with length, sensitivity and there was no bend at all ( I am uncircumcised ). I met a girl in 2020 and I contracted two STD's from her, Chlamydia + Mycoplasma . I took the medications prescribed and continued having sex with the girl who gave me the STD's (She said her ex BF cheated, and I confirmed it with her family) - Anyway earlier this year there was an incident where I was having sex with her and noticed something was off and after I pulled out I noticed that my Penis was swollen not as if I had a normal erection, but it has swelled up about 3x, in a similar way a bee sting swells up, not normal and has never happened before.

However prior to the swelling incident my Penis was quite normal, although I may have had a yeast infection which I believe has since gone away.

I will list all the symptoms I am currently experiencing (Post Swelling)

- Smaller Erect Length
- Loss of healthy Colour in glans - It went from a Pink Reddish Color to an unhealthy looking grey purple colour
- 90% Loss Of Sensitivity in my Glans
- I have a bend going left Just below my glans that kind of corners making my glans tilted to the left when I am erect (I believe that's where the scar is)
- My penis is almost always cold to the touch including balls
- When I piss it feels weak and I don't "feel" the piss coming out if that makes sense, like pissing through a filter almost, hard to explain this tho
- Weaker less pleasurable orgasms

Any help would be appreciated, or if you have dealt with something similar let me know what worked for you.

Currently  I am considering Nofap+Castor Oil+Dry Fasting+Electric toothbrush (just some of the things I looked at on here when I wasn't registered)

Welcome TheAbyss007 to the forum,  Thank you filling out your signature line and you could add a little more information to it. One thing you need to do is to download and study our survival guide ==> https://www.peyroniesforum.net/index.php/topic,3180.msg44057.html#msg44057 . This will give you a better understanding of peyronies and it's treatments.

So I can assume you are young?  When you were having sex did you feel any pain/injury? I would not do anything until you get into a Dr and get examined. A peyronies specialist if possible. You should educate yourself more before your appointment so you know what questions to ask. Definitely stopping sex will help things but don't use an electric toothbrush at all. Search the forum for things like traction and VED therapy to educate yourself. Just trying different things without a diagnosis is not good. There maybe more going on than you think. Peyronies does affect everyone differently at how it progresses. :) Mikel7

Hey TheAbyss007

what do you think that led to the swelling situation? did you hear any pop or cracking sound? did you lose your erection during that intercourse situation?

Thanks for replying MikeI7 and Pfract.

I am young yes, just 24. I think the injury was from hitting the cervix of the girl I was with, like imagine ramming just the head of the penis into a wall and it bending to the left. I have taken photo's recently which I think really highlight the site of injury. As basically there is a lump just below the glans that is essentially tilting the head to the left if that makes sense (kinda like if you were to imagine a bottle cap that was not screwed on properly and on a 45 degree angle to the left) . I would assume it's having an effect on blood flow to the head. But yeah the swelling happened after that encounter, and I thought it went back to normal, however I am clearly wrong lol. From memory, I do believe I lost my erection yes.

I also have some curvature that is kind of similar in how a Banana is curved, but not as severe.

Sometime this month I will look into seeing a urologist or someone that specializes in Peryoines so I can get it all confirmed. But was hoping I could try something in the meantime to lessen my symptoms, thanks for linking the survival guide, I'll take a look through that  :)

Hey Abyss007:

What you said unfortunately points out to a minor fracture. You have to left your penis rest as much as possible until you see a doctor. Search online for "penile fracture" and read on the description of the symptoms. I don't mean to scare you, but that's what it looks like to me and similar to mine as well.

You have to let the wound heal as much as possible. That's pretty much what you can do now. Then you will have to manage your condition and see what degree of Erectile Dysfunction you have and take it from there.

Hi Pfract

If it's a fracture am I extra screwed? - Or is there still hope my penis can return to how it was?

Can it be fixed with surgery or stretching etc?
