Alternating traction and VED days?

Question: I started with VED about a week ago, and just started traction (Restorex) exactly 3 sessions ago.

My penis is feeling a bit tender after so much attention spent treating it, particularly after the RestoreX.

The general advice I have read on here that I very much take to heart is to go slow, be careful, and take breaks as needed with treatments to make sure you don't cause another injury. Good advice that I am following.

Is there anything to employing a method of VED days, then traction days, or do both require daily use for maximum efficacy?

And do many of you combine both in your treatments, or just pick one or the other?

Thanks my friends. -Joshua

If you are just starting out you could just try about 5 to 10 minutes of the Restorex once a day and work your way up to 15. Then slowly add more time for a total of 30 minutes. I would then use VED later in the day with hours separating the two. You could skip a day with the VED until you are used to it as some guys do.
