Hi!

Is it possible for a fresh scar to cut off bloodsupply entirely?
I have fresh scarring under my glans and it make my glans very small in flaccid, there is no problem while i become erect,yet.
While i am erect i also feel as the scar put pressure around my glans if i flex it or ejaculating it and i think it also blocking somewhat my ejaculations.

I have some fear, if it progress further may become a huge problem.

Fibrous ring on the base, restricting bloodflow
unable to sit because of it.
Lost 0.5 inch in girth.
The ring keeps tightening.
Penis often goes cold and slugish.
Narrowing, Right side does not fill properly.

I doubt if it would completely cut off blood supply. It is just not how it appears and functions to what you are accustomed to. If blood supply is cut off 100% then something would begin to die.
