Circumflex vein right under vein, can this cause pain?

I was looking at the spot of my chronic pain(close to the base) and a circumflex vein is running under another vein that goes along the side of the penis. Can this vein be squeezed and the pressure causes the pain?  
27y, injured at 21 y!

Reinjured late 2019 when having sex with weak errection.
No curvature, but rotation of the base to the left about 30degrees
Main problem: chronic flaccid pain.

Trying different stuff now
