Questions about Implants. I'm taking daily cialis. Have mild peyronies.  Thinking about either implant or grafting surgery or both.
1. Does your Penis feel lighter weight when erect. I mean saline is not as dense or heavy as blood.  Is being engorged with saline different. I.e " blood is thicker than water"
2. Sizing. On good days I was about 7 inches long. But my girth is 6.25 + inches. Will I be able to maintain that girth. So far peyronies has not affected my girth.
3. Will my corpus Cavernosum be destroyed by implant. Will I get any blood flow into it after an implant. If they ever cure peyronies and I had implant removed , took the miracle cure med would I be able to have a normal erection. Or once you take the implant plunge you will never be able to have a normal erection if it's removed.
4. After an implant do you feel like " I have a Bionic Dick" and this is great or " I feel like a freak, this is so un-natural" or do you maybe feel a little of both.

First, read some of the posts on here and you will find lots of information, details, and discussions about your questions.
1. I am not a physicist to determine if saline solution is heavier than water. Does my penis feel differently in weight? Actually it feels heavier because when deflated it is larger than my penis prior to surgery.
2. I actually had an increase in girth, but each person and surgery is different, but I think most people say they experienced no reduction in girth. Read peoples journals for actual information.
3. I understand that the surgery does prevent the c.c. from functioning. I don't know what happens with the blood flow. I am unaware of any procedure to restore a c.c. I have been told that if I had my implant removed, I would have a non-functional penis.
4. I feel like I have a functional penis, that stays hard and brings me and my spouse great enjoyment.
If your penis is functioning with Cialis and your Peyronie's is mild, I would try alternative methods to improve your mild Peyronies. There are many subjects on this site for you to review.

Thanks you for your response. I do want to try to improve my condition. Currently only doing VED. Tried gainswave and P shot. Didn't help. So much snake oil treatments out there it is daunting. Which one to try next? And yes I've looked this site up and down. It is an INVALUABLE resource. I did find a small case study from this year that looks promising. Only 2 cases but both were cured.

An implant is last resort. I'm no where near considering it yet. Just trying to learn all I can.

Personally, if I already needed Cialis to get/maintain an erection, I would NOT go for excision/grafting.  While you might not lose your current erections, grafting never improves erections.  Consider that ED tends to advance with age.

Your CC are not removed but are pushed aside by the cylinders and functionally destroyed.  Your Spongiosum/glans are left unchanged.  There is no difference in penis weight or mass.

At your age, there is little concern with needing a number of revisions.

If Cialis is working and your Peyronies Disease does not interfere with intercourse, why not just continue as you are and monitor the situation?     Stay away from non-mainstream treatments that can make things worse.
