Any advice/comments warning pics

My penis has a slight bend when erect, but the bend becomes much more pronounced as it goes to the flaccid state.  I also have pain when flaccid.

I saw a urologist a few days ago who said he could feel plaque and calcification, and said I have Peyronies.  He said I didn't need treatment and to see him again in six months.

I take co codamol for the pain, which don't really help.  The urologist didn't want to give me stronger painkillers because they are addictive and they lose their effectiveness over time.  The pain comes on for a few days or sometimes weeks, then goes.

I would appreciate any comments or advice.

P.S  The urologist said I didn't need treatment at the moment.  I showed him the pics.
