Deal with dents?

Why is the best way to try? i heard some suggest VED. What do you say?
27y, injured at 21 y!

Reinjured late 2019 when having sex with weak errection.
No curvature, but rotation of the base to the left about 30degrees
Main problem: chronic flaccid pain.

Trying different stuff now

There is no set rule when it comes to dents. Some will have an improvement with traction and others will have success with VED.  You just have to try it for yourself as it is all subjective.
