Interesting Study Altering the Tunica Albuginea

Hey everyone, both new comers and veterans Of this site. I think I have visited this website daily for almost 4 years. This is my first post, I wish more men would come out of the dark and talk about their sexual health, and more urologist to listen/study this disease. I’m 25 and managing with this since age 21.  It’s to say the least a bummer and something that’s been holding me back in many ways.

Anyhow this is a really interesting article on surgical procedure to lengthen/expand the tunica albugenea using star shaped incisions. Is this something that could be applied in the future of surgical management as this what I’m fearing I must do to retain stability and straightening of my now curved erection? Just a lot different than the usual Peyronie’s research article you find on the web.

Narrowing below the glans, a bit of shortening
Not sure if Peyronie's disease or fibrosis
Symptoms have currently stabilised

This looks fascinating. Although it makes me nervous. To think of having incision into the tunica a. Ther might test it on rabbits first. Poor rabbit.

New routine. Daily traction with restorex 30 mins. With 45 min UV heat treatment using a lamp. Gone from being 30 degree bend to 30 degree curve. Giving peptides a go. Totally new treatment.

29 year old. I was taking 400 Mg spironolactone to treat hair loss. Xanax withdrawal in combination with spironolactone shrunk my penis from 6” to 4”.
I am seeking information about the sliding technique.
