Major concern chronic pain. No Peyronies Disease probably. I want to give ved a try as i heard it can help with dents. I notice during pain episodes the dent seems to be worse. So i would like 5o give it a try and have the small hope that it could improve my flaccid pain. Is it relatively safe to try, or do you recommend it only to people with diagnosed Peyronies Disease? I do NOT want to make my condition worse under any circumstances.

Hi orriw,

In your description you say you have no curvature, but you have "rotation of the base".  I'm trying to understand this.  Are you saying that your entire penis is twisted in one direction like a bolt that is partly unscrewed?

At the same time, you are talking about "the dent", but I'm not clear where this dent is.  Is the dent at the base, where the penis twists?  Are you saying that your penis looks like someone grabbed it and turned it like a doorknob, and it's stuck there, and there is a dent at the base, as if it's partially broken?  Sorry I really can't visualize your situation from the way you describe it.

I'm not asking for pictures, but can you describe it better please, and also be specific about where the dent is?  My understanding of VED is that it aims to pull a dent from the side of the penis with suction, much like the suction cup dent pullers which are used in auto body shops.  A dent in the side of the penis may be caused by plaque which is interfering with the blood flow that causes the spongy tissue to fill to erection.  The VED is meant to pull the spongy tissue out by external force and let the blood flow through.  I personally cannot tell you if it works well or not; other people on this Forum know better.

But the bottom line is, unless you have that sort of dent, I don't think VED is for you.  I find it hard to imagine that VED would help with your twist/rotation issue, and if the dent is at the base of the penis it's probably not caused by plaque in the spongy tissue.  What does your urologist say?

Hey orriw.

A lot of people with Ed or not use the VED. You can use it as long as you don't overpump. You can also use a medical grade one if you want to be 100% safe

Hello, your description is actually a very good match. All my problems are at the root of the penis, the pain ,the dent, the torsion. It looks like the penis comes out rotated out of the base. Thats why i am thinking maybe the problem is in some ligaments in the hips. Because i can feel the pain sometimes too very low in the abdomen, just above the penis.

Also i was thinking that the constant pain, which leads to me cramping the muscles of the Pelvic floor, probably created so much tension that it led to torsion.

My urologists say i am okay. But however they did just feel with hand and did ultrasound so far. Right now i am waiting for the results of an MRI, hopefully that can bring some clarity. It sounds weird but i  HOPE i am ill, i have an condition, and am not "healthy". Because this would mean there could something be fixed. Worst outcome would be "everything good".

Right now i am doing 30 min of daily  deep squat and pelvic releases. I aim to do these for at least 3 months and wait for results. Before i did keto, healthy diet, intermittent fasting. But i can nt find a connection from the food i consume to the pain. Seems to be all mechanical pain. Thats why i am considering VED.

Bud luck

I developed a rotation that is coming from the "root" of the penis causing lateral deviation of the penis when is erected plus the dent that I have on the left side of my penis. For years I only had the dent, but couple months after the P-shot I developed the instability on the "root" of the penis. I don't know if traction or the VED could help or make it worse, what do we do?
My first symptoms started early in 2019
I tried Traction device, Pentofixiline, Q10, TRT, L-Argenine, cialis
I have narrowing/dent/hinge on the left side of my shaft
My ED is getting worse
Had a PRP shot Aug 2021
I have a girlfriend
