Hi ThisIsNotYourDad,
While I am not a urologist, in my view, if you don't have any deformity when erect, then a curve when
flaccid or when semi-erect doesn't mean anything at all. When a penis grows erect, the spongy tissue on both sides fills with blood, not necessarily at exactly the same time. In a young man who is very excited, erection can take place in a second or two (we all remember that!). But if the excitement is less, or if the man is older, or there is some psychological factor at play, erection can take more time and during that time you could flop a little to one side or the other. This is not Peyronie's Disease. Peyronie's Disease becomes apparent only when you have a full erection, and it's not straight any more (assuming it was in the first place -- many perfectly normal men have erections shaped like a banana).
You have not put your age or any other information into your profile so it's hard to make any other statements, but it sounds like maybe you're obsessing unnecessarily. Your urologist can't feel any
plaque -- but this makes sense, because if your erections are straight and normal, it doesn't sound like you have any
plaque. I'm not sure why you would think you do. Also I don't understand why you think you have a lymphocele. Have you had surgery recently? Where did you get the idea that you have a lymphocele? As for veins in the penis, everyone has them. You can't make a penis without veins.
Just on this vein which you say looks like a ring: if you have a ring-like indentation going around your penis, as if there was a string tied tightly around it, then it sounds like "hourglassing", which could be a problem in the making. Here is a link to an anatomical text from Springer which shows hourglassing:
https://www.google.com/search?q=peyronie%27s+disease+hourglassing&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=2ahUKEwju45r_7_z4AhURB94KHWkNCWMQ_AUoAXoECAEQAw&biw=1920&bih=975&dpr=1#imgrc=_9s3d8R6whbPwMBut if your vein or ring isn't an indentation, then that's another reason to think it's not caused by Peyronie's. Remember, Peyronie's Disease is caused by a hard
plaque or blockage in the membrane around the spongy tissue which prevents the tissue from expanding fully during erection (imagine putting a piece of tape on a balloon and then blowing it up: the part with the tape won't expand).
Honestly, without any further information from you, I would think that the heat and the castor oil aren't doing anything, the stretching is more likely to do damage than to help, and the Cialis is just that, a pill which will increase blood flow to the penis when you get an erection, so unless you have
Erectile Dysfunction I wouldn't even take that. I don't want to be rude, but why do you think you even have a problem?
Good luck,
PK
