Hello, I'm new here and recently (almost been a month) I've experienced curvature in the semi erect state and wanted to know what treatments should I do? I watched some videos on YouTube of "Neoman" he has some really good advice and I've started manual traction, heat treatment, vitamin E, and cialis so far but I had a question about other treatment options. What do you guys think about cartisol oil, pentoxifylline, verapamil topical cream, and vitamin E topically

My personal opinion is everything you mentioned other than traction and Cialis is just pure Mumbo Jumbo.
The jury is still out regarding manual traction as the pressure exerted is most difficult to regulate. Having said that I think experienced persons like Neo who MAY have refined his technique could be acceptable.
I am a little baffled by the statement that the curvature is in the semi erect penis, peyronies to my knowledge results in a rather nasty abrupt BEND in an erect penis.
If your penis is straight and robust when erect and you can have sex pain free you don't have peyronies.

June 2021- observed curve
September - increased curve
October - confirmed Peyronies, refered onwards to Peyronies specialist Urologist - November
Meanwhile immediately commenced traction with RestoreX after initial  visit and confirmation

I don't think I replied correctly sorry about that.
But yeah i don't have any curvature when erect but it has led me to believe I have peyronie's because the first video of Neo he said that if there's curvature that wasn't there before then it's probably peyronie's.
You also said that everything other than traction and cialis sorta helps but what about heat treatment? I heard heat treatment is very good.
