Scar/Plaque changing size and hardness

Hi All

I have a lump under the skin of my penis shaft (top side) that expands and is harder when I have an erection and the penis is being stimulated.

The lump then disappears or shrinks to the point of not being palpable within 24-48 hours of stimulation.

I've been to a doctor who thinks this may have been caused by injury/trauma but does not believe it is peyronies as there is no curve and no pain with erection.

Just wondering if anyone with peyronies has experienced similar, perhaps in the early phases?
