HopeAndPray

Hello,

Good to meet you all. I'm very happy to have found this place.
I'm 31 years old.

I'm going to split my story in two:

Part one: January 2021 --> Now: Urinary problems

In the beginning of 2021 I started getting this feeling after every time I peed - a feeling of not being done, that some urine was still stuck in the head of the penis. It persisted for 20-40 minutes after each visit to the toilet. I had this thoroughly checked by doctors, urologists etc., and they have found nothing. Even had a cystoscopy done, which showed nothing. I still get this feeling today. One urologist think it's because I don't go often enough to the toilet, but this doesn't seem to help at all.

Part two: March 2022 --> Now: Peyronies/Erectile Dysfunction symptoms

Started having symptoms in beginning of March. No immediate explanation as I haven't had any injuries. It could have been some minor damage done by the cystoscopy mentioned above.
My symptoms are mainly a "dent" or "narrowing" in the beginning of my erect penis, which can only be seen or felt when erect. It seems like this narrowing causes difficulty getting fully erect, and I am having trouble having sex with my girlfriend. It is possible, but just not easy, as it feels like a "not full" erection and that the erect penis can just "wobble" from left to right because of the dent/narrowing. During intercourse, it sometimes feels like I need to support my dick with my hand at the narrowing point - almost as if there's a fracture or something which causes the penis not to "connect" properly at that point.
Lately, I have also noticed that it seems smaller both in length and girth - and it bends upwards a bit.
In the beginning my erections were sore, but they aren't really anymore.

Doctor's conclusion

Urologist found a small plaque on ultrasound examination and concluded that it "looked a lot like peyronies". He said that I would need to wait until the sickness had run its course - and then we would evaluate whether surgery was necessary.
I asked about alternative treatments and he mentioned shockwave therapy as an option.
He cannot really explain the "narrowing" or why I cannot get a proper erection - according to him I should be able to get this and his only advice is viagra/cialis etc.

Treatments and results

I've received shockwave therapy six weeks in a row now.
Furthermore I've done daily exercises with a VED: 1) pump up for 10 min, 2) ring on and bend penis against the curve for 3-5 min, 3) ring off and stretch the penis for 5 min.
I've started on l arginine, multi vitamins, vitamin E and fish oils last week.
I've asked my urologist for pentox, but he won't give it.
I've also considered using some heat (hot hands), but haven't begun yet.

The guy doing the shockwave therapy says the plaque has improved a lot already. Can't really feel this though.
However, in March I really had difficulty getting erections and now it seems I can - with some difficulty - have intercourse with my girlfriend. So seems like erections are getting a bit better. I feel like this is mainly a result of the pumping and increased blood circulation, but cannot be sure. Might also just be placebo or improved psychological aspects, since I also feel a bit better now compared to 1-2 months ago, where I was quite depressed.

Seeking advice

If anyone have any comments or questions to my story above, I'd be glad to hear them :)
Otherwise I have a few concrete questions at this point:

1. I'm in Denmark, and it seems like no urologists here are really familiar with using pentox - so any suggestions to what I should do? How do I get my hands on it? And how sure should I be that it will be a good decision to start on it?
2. When using the VED and putting on the cock ring, my erection falls within the first minute. I guess I should use a smaller ring then? It just already feels super tight, so I'm more concerned whether it is placed correctly or not.
3. Anyone else with experience that sounds similar to my narrowing/dent/fracture feeling in the beginning of my erect penis? This is my main problem, not the curvature (at the moment at least).

Thanks a lot guys - and sorry for the long read.
