3 years ago my girl and I were in it and I landed sideways, but didn't think much of it at the time.  a few months later the soreness set in. We were still bumping uglies but I really didn't pay much attention. Then it subsided and one day I woke up with Willie possessed, contorted and staring right at me. That was a reality I had never had the displeasure to be in before.  I have a friend who had to get a double mastectomy cause cancer, but I was completely unaware of how much of my personality, happiness and motivation, and sense of self was tied up in 'lil Bill, and now lil Bill was all tied up too!  Well, so far I had the soundwave therapy.  It took the pain away but no curve or hourglass.  I bought one off Amazon recently and after using it twice my little man's stump definitely has fattened up. It was confirmed by a urologist but the only thing he offered was xiaflex, the most expensive, obsolete, and dying on the shelf medicine there is and I'm nothing of not diy, so here I am. And you guys are cool. This is a good place for those on the edge. My woman loves me and we're knockin boots all the time (just now I have to stand on my head) and this new roommate has made me much more introspective and given me a deeper understanding of other peoples losses. But if I was 22 today and not 52 I would be in a bad place. You even gave a forum to the women! You guys are all right. So, I'm going to get the VED, follow the protocol, eat the E, shove hot rice down my pants, slather 'lil Bill in castor oil, and keto it up and drop some pounds.  That's what helps me the most, doing, trying, helping. I think i escaped with a mild form of it.  Did all the things, traction, pentox, Cialis daily, heat lamps, rice socks, castor oil.   even did the PRP shot...which I think helped honestly.  

So when i look at porn and see these guys pointing to the sky i don't feel so bad.   I was straight as an arrow before, now I'm about 12 degrees up.  No changes in two years

I disagree when it comes to Xiaflex being obsolete, especially if it is administered by a reputable doctor with a lot of experience. There are a lof of factors to consider when it comes to deciding which therapy you want to have next. Xiaflex and/or traction, surgery, penile implant..... Hello Pfract, I hope all is well.  Every day I am in awe of the gifts I'm undeservedly given, this site being one of them.  So when this situation settled in and my fears surfaced, I was given even more love and support (I didn't think that was possible) and to honor it I have to grow. So, why have I sufficiently broken my arm patting my self on the back, what does that teary-eyed Oprah-moment have to do with Xiaflex? Well, it's more my doctor. The only thing he said would work, and the only solution offered, was the X.  And I listen to what people don't say as much as what they do. He didn't say: traction, circulation, diet, exercise, vacuum, E, L-arg, heat-treat, and so on, and I had just started to read the mountain of research on alternates. I didn't know Pentox existed until I found this City on a Hill. I also got no answer as to why the cost is just shy of $40,000. It's on the right-side of possibly working, I know that. But when I'm told the only option is the most expensive steak on the menu, my distrust-o-meter starts to ping.  Call me paranoid or call me a child of the 70's that remembers how healthcare worked when it wasn't owned by shareholders - who's concern leans more to their  
condo in Boca, rather than my health and it's effect on those around me, financially and otherwise. So here I am:) Have a great day my man!
