Hello everyone, I'm a long time lurker, but as I watch this NHL playoff game I've decided to make my first post.

So I've had a down-left curve for 19 years (currently 35), but it's something that's gotten worse and worse over the years. Now I'm at around 60 degrees and the build up of plaque has made everything on the left feeling either numb or inflamed.

About 6 months ago my anxiety spiked as more plaque and indentations started forming on the top and right side too, leaving me in all kinds of new pain and uncomfortability... as well as nearly impotent (not even Viagara worked). I don't think it's a coincidence that these newer changes to my penis occurred among a 2 year battle with depression, wherein I started over-eating and began to gain diabetic symptoms.

In order to combat my overall well being, I eventually found a way to break my food addictions and started dieting. In the last month I've been more hardcore, going ketogenic and combining it with intermittent fasting (OMAD with occasional 2 days fasts). Throughout all this I've lost over 60 pounds and reversed my diabetic symptoms. As well I've reduced inflammation in my penis and started gaining nocturnal erections.

In terms of bending... I'm not sure yet. I don't expect to improve my Down or Left much since that's been ongoing for nearly 2 decades. But I am hoping to reverse some of these newer indentations, particularly on the Top and Right. I only check my penis once a month now, as I was previously giving myself a lot of stress by checking it every day. But when I checked 2 weeks ago... I don't know... I was definitely bent and indented in all the same places, but it just kind of looked 'better'. Like maybe there was some overall smoothening? Maybe a 2-3 degree curvature improvement? At the very least there was no worsening, which I feel may have happened if I continued on my previous path.

Well I'm now in the 3rd period of this NHL playoff game and am going to enjoy the last minutes. I'm kind of now wondering if it was the curved sticks that subconsciously triggered me to make this post, but nonetheless I'm glad I did.

- 35 years old
- First signs of curvature noticed in 2003 (5 degrees Left).
- Curve now 60 degrees Left and Down
- In last 6 months more indentations started forming including on Right and Up.
- Doing strict Ketogenic + OMAD, which has reduced inflammation, improved erections, and stopped worsening.
- I take daily Bromelain and Vitamin E. Occasional Viagara. Stopped Acetyl L-Carnitine and MSN Cream.

Bend was 60 degrees down/left in 2021. Now 50 w/new scar formation.
Chronic flaccid pain varies from 2-6. Fasting, pills, traction, topical therapies, red light, sunlight, daily Viagra, simply not obsessing over it.

Hey Dan! Welcome aboard. I was going to say you had congenital curvature but then read the whole post and I'm not sure... If it's progressing you should keep track of changes and take action. Being proactive is key. Have you tried traction for it? Restorex?

You say nothing works? What about cialis and l-arginine? And those with a VED?

What are you on, medication wise?

Hi Pfract, thanks for the welcome.

Over the last 20 years I've tried many different things. Been on and off this board for a long, long time.

I tried various manual traction techniques when I was younger but I think it made it worse. Never bought a device though.

Tried heat therapy. Tried red light therapy.

I have tried a bunch of supplements over the years including your mentioned L-arginine. Currently I'm just on Bromelain and Vitamin E.

The only medication that ever made a clear difference for me was MSM cream 8 years ago. That stuff made my penis very spongy after a month and straighter during an erection. I stopped though because some reported it's good short term but bad long term. This is because MSM cream greatly increases collagen production, and excessive collagen is often looked at as one of the causes of peyronies.

No Cialis, but Viagara. Viagara worked well enough when I first started using it, but when the new plague and indentations started forming 6 months ago, that failed me too. There was a lot of new pain and deformities however, so it was a lot to deal with.

I didn't say nothing worked though, as since going on a strict ketogenic diet with OMAD, I have started noticing some improvements, they're just hard to categorize. But I'd say...
- Regained some nocturnal erections
- Penis less inflamed when soft (sometimes not at all)
- Pee Flow stronger
- Tiny improvements in appearance (I think).

I'm curious what this Holistic approach will do over a longer period, as I've only been on strict Keto + OMAD for about a month. That's the current path I'm taking though. Just be as healthy as possible, increase bloodflow, decrease inflammation, trigger autophagy, and see what my body can do.

Hey Dan1

I really.... really suggest you try restorex. I have very good things to say. Both about the device, it's results and what i see here from the other members.

Also, i must tell you that those two medications you are taking unfortunately don't do anything according to the latest studies. Cialis daily would be worth the try. It is different from the On-demand version and stays in your system for much longer. Also helps promote tissue healing. Good all around for who has peyronies and is struggling with erections.

I'll look into restorex but I'm pretty hesitant to do more traction. I've read both good and bad stories though so I know it helps for some. I've personally found that the less I touch my penis the better it heals.

Regarding Vitamin E and Bromelain. I take Vitamin E for my overall well being so I don't mind. I'd be interested in what you read about Bromelain however. I take it to potentially slow tissue buildup. So to prevent worsening not fix it.

Yes Cialis is always a option. In my current position I'm trying to regain erections naturally and am slowly making gains. I feel like by taking daily Cialis I would no longer be able to tell how much I'm improving without extra help. If it promotes tissue healing it could be good regardless. It's one of those things I've been conflicted about.

Traction by hand doesn't even compare with a device. The device applies forces your hand simply can't. Also for long periods of time. Www.restorex.com

You can take that vitamin for your well being but you need a multivitamin complex. Just vitamin e alone doesn't cut it.  Look here: https://malefertilityandpeyroniesclinic.com/peyronies/treatments/

Another thing to keep in mind. Ed doesn't fix itself unfortunately. That's a myth? Have no fear with daily cialis! Takes 1/2 weeks for you to feel it's effects.

But I understand your conflict.

What I'm trying to say is that the ED is already improving. After causing my inflammation to go down, my pee-stream has slowly become stronger and nocturnal erections returned. I take these signs as a positive.

I'll take a look a your vitamin link, thank you. I'm definitely been on board with being as nutritionally superhuman as possible lol.
