If a person suffers from a severe erectile dysfunction due to plaques on the tunica albugina (not calcified plaques, but fibrosed plaques), can xiaflex injenctions solve erectile dysfunction by destroying plaques? Thank you.

Plaque (calcified or not) does not directly cause erectile dysfunction. Anxiety and stress over Peyronies can interfere with your ability to achieve an erection. You should approach Peyronies and erectile dysfunction as 2 separate issues and not assume one will fix the other.
