HeadsUp

I've read in several places that Viagra or Cialis is part of some guys regimen.  What's the main purpose?  Is it so they get get/maintain an erection, or just to improve blood flow to the penis?

I guess another way to ask, should I be trying to get an erection every day?  I realize that won't straighten anything, but maybe that makes other treatments more effective?  Thanks!

Most smart doctors recommend daily 5mg cialis to mantain good blood flow to the penis at night. Some studies have shown that having frequent solid erections have beneficial effects to peyronies and can prevent or reduce fibrosis to some extent. Moreover,  rigid erection while sex reduce chance of peyronies. In fact having sex with a soft erection or semi hard greatly increases chance of causing some injury while sex which can turn to a peyronies scar.
