Are Restorex length gains temporary - unless I keep using it?

Dr. Trost:

I have a question about the FAQ on the Restorex website.

One of the FAQ questions is: "Are the gains permanent, or do I need to continue treatment after the 12 weeks?"

The response: "For lengthening, it is likely that 1-2, 30-minute treatments per week are necessary to maintain results."

I don't understand that exactly. Why wouldn't length gains not be permanent if I were to stop using the device? If gains are temporary, does that mean penis length reverts back to where it was before I started using Restorex?
