Greetings,

Thank you to the moderators for this forum.  It is important.

I developed Peyronies Disease in March 2020, a pain and indent on the right side shaft below my pelvic bone.  With all of the chaos of the pandemic I didn't get to a urologist until the summer, and had no pain by the time I made it there.  They did an ultrasound, said it all looked normal, but for the dent, told me to just watch and wait.  So I did.

The pain came back in 2021 and I went in again got an MRI and another ultrasound and they gave me no more info.  The MRI had possible plaque. So I went to a new urologist.   The new fellow said take Pentox and Tadalafil.  I started that in June and shortly after added l-acetyl carnitine, Ubiquinol, L-citrulline.

The new fellow did a second MRI with erection after some time which showed no plaque and looked normal accept for the indent and cant to the right. Perhaps the drugs helped with the plaques.

I continued the Pentox and Tadalafil as well as ubiquinol, l-acytle-carnetine,  l-citrulline, and neo40, religiously for 6 another months. No real improvement.  I stopped when suddenly my vision  worsened and I developed a loud ringing in my ears.  I've had extensive tests by everything from neuro-eye doctors to hearing specialists, etc that all say the  conditions are unrelated to the medications.  Perhaps a coincidence.  They eye issues reported by users of Tadalafil seem to be a condition related to low blood pressure resulting in ischemia of the optic nerve. Thankfully,  I don't have this problem.   So could be simply age.

After a pause, started Pentox again as well as a few supplements.

Pain persisted intermittently until now and although I've got normal erections and mostly stable support in the structure of my penis, I've been worried that the instability may cause it to get worse over time.

My urologist suggested a VED to see if I could  remodel the indent. Got the manual soma with 3 cylinders and decided to try it.  The small cylinder is too narrow and when erect the second seems also too small, so I thought I would gently see how the third works.  I read the protocols and thought to just test the vacuum. I put myself into the third cylinder while ERECT and very slowly added pressure, less than a pump and a half.  The indent apparently began to disappear and within seconds I released the pressure.  Since then, 5 days now, I have tingling, sometimes heat, sometimes a feeling of tension through the shaft and head.  It is Terrifying.   I still have erections, no discoloration and apparently no deformities.  But I imagine an inflammatory process and complete destruction over time.

Has anyone has a similar sensation that lasted? I'm scared to death of the VED now.  I believed I was so careful, and I feel incredibly stupid making a bearable situation worse. I'm at a loss what to do.

Hey Atoka! You have came to the right place. There is a lot of information here. Also, a lot more on this link: https://malefertilityandpeyroniesclinic.com/peyronies/treatments/ Please have a look.

I read that you used your VED on your erect penis? I'd say that based on the symptoms that you describe you should be fine, but use caution. There are reports out there of guys injuring their penises like that. And never overpump.

Being pro-active with this is the best thing you can do, and it seems you are.

If you are getting erections/no pain/and able to have sex do not try anything else. You are going to have to live and accept the dent. Do not risk further injury. No one has ever shown any photo proof that they were able to get their dents healed. If it is a minor dent just leave it be.
