What does Irregular contour in Corpus Cavernosa mean?

I got my results back from my MRI after 18 months of pain and they said..

"There is irregular contour involving the proximal LEFT corpus cavernosa which appears to simply be positional"

There was apparently no discernible plaque or fibrosis, let alone inflammation just this "irregular contour". They've been very vague with me, I'm just curious how you even tackle irregular contour

I posted the image they thought looked irregular, it may or may not show up

Feels like a ripping feeling or a thumbtack shoved into the side of my dick when I'm flaccid, 2 to 3/10 pain at all times

The pain is usually relieved when I get erections though and feels quite normal then

I'm wondering if my penis has been fractured this entire time

Interesting. I would try to get a better understanding on what it means through your urologist and then report back.

I had a MRI last year due to my pain but nothing abnormal showed up on the scan.

Well I had a follow up ultrasound on July 8th, 2022 and they said there's absolutely nothing irregular or wrong about my penis. No fibrosis or plaque or whatever. It's beyond me why I've been in pain for like almost 2 years now, I want to believe it's pudendal neuralgia but people on this forum seem to want me to believe it's peyronies

Though the pain has subsided significantly since December 2020, my penis still gets irritated by simply walking around

So who should you believe, anonymous and no doubt well-meaning people on an internet forum, or clinician(s) that have done diagnostic imaging?
"No fibrosis or plaque or whatever".
I have issues with an irritated feeling when flaccid that seems to come and go. I have had a urologist say "possibly early peyronies" and then more recently, from a different (and great uro with decent commutation skills and a caring demeanor) who has published on hard flaccid syndrome "very unlikely to be Peyronies Disease". I much prefer the second opinion!
No deformity or ED. Discomfort (which is improving gradually). Months of stress preceded symptoms. Discomfort can be palpated on practically the whole penis but it comes and goes. I can't find plaque. Latest urologist doubts that it is Peyronies Disease.
