Hourly nocturnal erections after Xiaflex - anyone else?

This doesn't make any sense at all.  I apologize for complaining-because I know some wish they had this issue.  Since my first Xiaflex injection 4 days ago, every night I wake up every hour like a clock- with an erection.  And of course it's painful due to the shot swelling and pain.  
I never had this before - usually just at night if I had to urinate. Maybe 2 times a night.  Now it's every hour and I cannot sleep.  Also, I'm afraid to sleep because every time I doze off - it happens.  If there is too much pressure it's severe pain.
Anyone else have this experience?
