Or is there an added benefit to the drug?

Peyronies since March 2020; 55 degree upward angle (plaque on top, near the middle); lost length: 7 inches down to 5.5 and girth.
I have tried manual traction, no fap, no sex and Phallosan

It does, especially if your erections are not the best. I can't remember exactly what was and the paper and i couldn't find it on a quick search on pubmed but it would improve the penile tissue over time, making your Erectile Dysfunction better,  if you can put it like that.

It has been proven through studies that the measure of inflammation (C-reactive protein measure) drastically improves when taking Cialis. I cannot find the study either, but many guys benefit from using the drug. It definitely lowers your blood pressure which can be a good thing if you deal with that.

What strength Cialis is best? And how do you take it (i.e. once a day with breakfast? Twice a day on an empty stomach?)

Once a day 2.5 or 5 mg before sleep is what most men do.
